Fieldsheer Mercury 2.0 Pants

I bought a pair of Fieldsheer Mercury Pants that are great pants for touring and unsure weather situations. Wore them in an Olympic Peninsula downpour. Didn't get wet at all. The first pair that I ordered were too big. Sent them back, no questions asked and they had the new size back out to me within a week. Great service and trustworthy group of people. Will do business with Motosport again!!!

I can't say anything bad about these except that the sizing chart is off...order one size larger. Liner is easy to zip in & out. pants fit great and are easy to get on and off with the full leg zipper. I ride in 30 degree weather and stay very comfortable in these. Can't wait to test them in the 20s! Awesome pants...well worth the money, you won't be sorry!

Puchased these pants about a month ago. Motosport sold them at a fair price, offered free shipping, and had them to me in 3 days. Fine job. First impressions were good - functional appearance and quality finish, good protection but I prefer to not to use the pads just to make it easier to pack. They were a little snug at the waist but had the length I was looking for (I'm 5'-9", 160 & wear 34 - 30 Levi's). They fit me well on the bike. The waist rides high but not uncomfortably. The length still covered my ankles and didn't ride up my calf so I could wear 6" work boots and still be covered. They have very good wind protection. The pockets are easily accessable but are outside the membrane and not the least bit waterproof, not even in a light drizzle. Now for the real disapointing part. In an actual rainstorm (a So Cal rainstorm that is), during my 30 minute commute, the pants leaked badly through the crotch. Soaked! All the way to my wallet. Nice looking pants but sorry, I'm a funtion before form kind of guy. Fieldsheer touts these pants as being waterproof. They're not. And that's why these things are now on Craig's List. Ride Smart.
