Absolutely the best!

Less than 20 minute install time and a perfect fit on my 16 year old son's 2013 650 Yamaha V Star Custom. Fantastic mid-range sound, loud enough to hear it coming and take notice but not loud enough to be annoying or get him in trouble. You don't have to be a mechanic to install these pipes, you can't go wrong.

Cobra drag pipes

I put the Cobra drag pipes on my 2013 vstar and they sound amazing.I removed the baffles and the bike is now the loudest in the neighborhood. If you want loud pipes these are for you!

Great sound!!!

Do you like the low rumble of big bikes? Look no further! These pipes are loud!!! But if you prefer moderate loudness, no problem. Leave the included removable baffles in. I use them this way . And didn't have to re-jet!!! . Easy to mount, to!! Just remember to buy a new rear gasket.

Jets or no jets with or without baffles?
I purchased the 2" cobra complete exhaust for my 1994 Suzuki Intruder 1400. I like my bike loud! I am being told that for best performance that I need to keep the baffles in and I do not need the jet kit??? Is my mech being lazy?? everything I have heard is that with the jet kit I can remove the baffles and it would run fine Please advise!!!

Your mechanic is correct, however you can remove the baffles, re-jet, and add a cold air intake such as a K&N filter and be extra loud without hurting performance.

Your mechanic is likely correct. With proper jetting the exhaust will actually give better performance with the baffles in. You will likely have to re-jet your bike if you want to run the exhaust without the baffles.

Yes, generally when you instal an aftermarket exhaust you will need to re-jet. Unfortunately Cobra doesn't offer a exhaust system for your 1984 Honda VT700C. If you give us a call, we can better assist you in getting an aftermarket exhaust.

Question about COBRA BLVD COMPLETE SYSTEM DRAGPIPE?
Why does the product "COBRA BLVD COMPLETE SYSTEM 04-07 HONDA AERO750 DRAGPIPE" can not fit 2008 Honda shadow Aero VT750CA? Can I do something to make it fit? Please advise Thanks
MotoSport Staff
Over 5 months ago Location: Portland, OR, USA
The exhaust system was changed by Honda from a dual muffler(07) setup to single muffler setup(08) on the Aero 750's. When the change was made, the mounts for the exhaust were changed. You may be able to make a conversion bracket to mount the exhausts but that would be totally at your discretion. As it stands, the pipes from an 07 model will not be readily fit to the 08 models without modifying/creating brackets for the mufflers.
