Best tire for ''agrssive'' street riding

I only have about 1200 miles on the set of tires, but man the amount of traction the tires have makes it feel like you are a professional rider

Great tire!

I love these tires. This is my 2nd set. They go for about 5k miles for me. But I ride pretty hard. Super stable and predictable in corners. At the same time, they are forgiving. There's no problem getting your knee on the ground with these tires.

Sticky and Affordable

I had a pair of pirelli sport touring tires on my yzf600r that I always thought I liked, but then I only got 4000 miles out of them, no wheelies or burn outs or any track days. So I went with the stickier, more curved tire this time and so far I just love them. My lean angle is so much more comfortable and insuring. I'm excited to change tires again so I can put a matching pair of these on my bike. I ride in all weather and these feel just fine in the rain. Not sure how long they will last but I've read somewhere between 3500 and 4500.

GREAT TIRE!

I used these tires on my '12 GSX-R 1000 and they were AWESOME! I live in Maine and the roads are terrible. They stuck to the road well, even in the hardest downpours and cold weather. I would say I'm a pretty aggressive rider, always accelerating and braking hard! I still got about 4500 miles out of the rear and could have gone longer. (Only reason i replaced it is cause it wouldn't pass inspection.) The front tire is still going at about 5000 miles, but It is starting to cup/feather a little from the crowned roads. I might get another 1000 miles on it. Ride was comfy and feel was great! I will definitely buy again.

Very Happy Customer.....

The tire combo I ordered was delivered as advertized. These are excellent tires and the price was great, also there were no shipping charges. I was a first time buyer and am more than satisfied. Thanks Motosport...

I used this tire at the track. Prior to this tire, I ran the Dunlop Q2 which I found to be an amazing tire. I wanted to try something different since Dunlop's prices went up but was hesitant to try the S20 since it's supposed to be a step "down" from the B'stone 003RS which I tried (at the track) and hated, but I gave it a shot after hearing some good reviews from track riders whose opinions I trust.

I was very impressed with this tire. The rear was stable and gripped well - no traction problems at all. The front provided good feedback with no slippage. I was concerned about flickability since I was used to the Q2 with such a sharp profile compared to the S20, but tried it out with no suspension changes at all and was pleased.

My only complaint, and the reason I gave this tire 4 stars, is that it did not wear well for me. Granted I was at a track that is known to eat up tires, the Dunlop Q2 actually lasts me longer (after some minor suspension tweaks - the S20 may last just as long after a proper suspension setup). I got 2 days out of the rear.

I think these are great tires for street use if you actually need the performance that these provide...which the vast majority of street riders do not.

I would not be able to confirm that a 160 tire would fit on your bike. the 160 tire would be 20mm wider than the 140, you would need to check the area around your tire to see if there is enough clearance around the swingarm, chain, etc, for a wider tire. I wouldn't recommend making such a drastic change in your rear tire size as it may severely effect the handling characteristics of your motorcycle. Also, a larger tire on your Honda CBR250R will likely lower your fuel efficiency and overall acceleration of your bike.
