I'm using the BATTLAX BT45 REAR TIRE 120/80-17 as a front tire on my Honda PC800. Bought tire spoons from ebay and popped the bead, got the old tire off, the new Battlax on. Due to the tread pattern and to aid with braking, mounted the tire backwards. Many question this, but the drive of a rear tire has the tread facing the opposite direction. The tire is awesome, doesn't follow the lines in the road and grips nicely on twisties. To mount the tire did not require any special machines. I placed the tire on some 2x4s to protect the rotors, placed another 2x4 on the tire and jumped on it to break the bead. Then use the 3 spoons to slowly work around the tire until it comes free. The trick is to work a little at a time. Love this tire and will order another when the time arrives.
