Tyler Kalisiak, the head trainer at the Rockwell Training Facility, walks us through a proper circuit workout that develops strength and stamina from the legs, to the chest, to the back. This episode features exercises such as reverse butterflies, forward and reverse weighted walking lunges, single arm rows, swiss ball push-ups, and exploding squats. Through this circuit, riders are able to develop key areas of the body to improve overall body strength.
