Q: These will obviously fit my 2003 vstar 1100 custom ( yamaha) i would be ordering the 10'' inch rise, would i have enough length for my control lines?

A: No, generally you can get a couple inches out of the stock lines but for a 10" rise you will need to have new lines/cables made.

Q: I searched for the vulcan 800 and this came up.... mine are 1 inch bars. These say 1 1/4 , but the grip area looks smaller than the overall width of.?

A: Yes, the main portion of these handlebars are 1-1/4" but the control area would still be made for 1" controls / grips. These do not have a specific bike fitment, they are universal handlebars, generally used for custom applications.

A: These are designed for Harley Davidson models. If the centers of the mounting for the stock handlebar are 3-1/2" apart then they could be adapter to the VN1600A. If that measurement between the stock bar mounts is different, they will not fit. You would also need to very the overall height of the stock bars and depending what rise you get with these, you may need new control cables and lines. Typically you have about 2" of extra cable length you can use for taller/more swept handlebars.
