Bike Master 420-120 chain

This purchase has changed my life. Before I had a rusty chain and worn sprockets. i put on new sprockets (see other review) and this new chain. Well what can I say? In all honesty, the impact to me, my friends, my family and even my dog has truly transcended all reasonable boundaries of any and all possible expectations. My 1986 z50 pit bike has more power, corners better, gets better starts and I think it might even be able to pull the big double on the pro track if I pin it, compress really hard on the face of the jump and then just ghost ride it! THANK YOU!!! In all honesty - great chain for the price and application - fit great, came with master link and came in a professionally printed box.

Good chain on a budget

Good chain for the price. Put it on a kx65 for my 8 year old. He isn't racing this bike so I feel comfortable using it.

Great budget chain

If you're looking to get a new chain for you pit bike or for your kid's dirt bike, look no further. This is a great alternative to the higher priced chains on the market. Although it is a non-o-ring or x-ring chain you won't have any problems with it rusting or wearing out as long as you use a quality white lithium grease based chain lube and you make sure to clean and re-lube your chain after each ride. Considering my XR80 pit bike isn't what you'd call powerful, I'm sure I'll get at least 3 seasons out of this chain.

No, this would be a standard non-Oring 420 chain.

If I put a smaller sprocket on front like a 12 tooth then what size do I put on back?

MotoSportExpert
That would depend on what you are trying to achieve with your gearing on your TTR90. The stock gearing is 14/35. Going down in the front and/or up in the back will give you more bottom end (Up in the front, down in the back more top end). Feel free to give us a call at 888-676-8853 and we would be happy to help you out with your order.

Yes. Your 1998 Yamaha RT100 comes stock (OEM) with a 420 chain. You will need to remove some links for proper fitmet. If you need a chain breaker, you can find one here: http://www.motosport.com/dirtbike/search/?textsearch=chain+breaker
