KLX 110 with Big Gun

My son wanted a louder exhaust on his KLX 110 and I decided to go with Big Gun since I had seen and heard them before. Now the KLX 110 sounds like a 450 rumbling around the track and through the woods, it is awesome. People that ride where we ride have made comments about how it sounds like a 450. Bottom line is, Big Gun rocks.

Fit great, sounded better!

Installed on my sons klx110...gave it a deep great sound! Only difference there is no way to attach the factory heat shield without finding a way to modify.

Second choice, great choice

Wanted the TBR M8 exhaust but was on back order. Went for this guy and am thoroughly impressed. It's loud and adds power to my 2015 klx110L. Wish I could run it without the spark arrester more!!

Sweet buy

sounds sweet and makes power

A: The Big Gun Evo Mini Complete Exhaust would be ready to go. I do recommend usually replacing the exhaust gasket at the head, but it is not always necessary.

Q: Will this fit a CRF80F?

Is this thing loud, I want the loudest one on this site.

A: The big gun exhaust is one of the loudest exhausts for the mini's. I have ran the Big Gun exhaust on some of my pit bikes (XR50/XR70) and would say this would probably be the loudest for your CRF80F.

Q: For a 2002 xr 100 does it come with the same end cap as in the picture?

And is the end cap removeable?

A: Yes, the Big Gun Evo Mini Complete Exhaust has a Red powder coated stainless steel end tip. New euro end cap like the larger Big Gun exhaust systems to give the total factory look.

Q: Does this go straight onto a honda crf100f?

does it fit directly on a honda crf100f without any modifications? also what is the exact power increase and weight loss of this pipe?

A: Yes, no modification is required. For your 2012 Honda CRF100F You can expect a 3-5% increase in performance when it is properly jetted. As for the weight savings, unfortunately we do not have exact figures for this.

Q: Would i have to rejet on a crf100f?

i dont know how to rejet and i dont even understand it completley, all i want to know is will i have to rejet my 2012 honda crf100f?

A: Anytime you switch to a full aftermarket exhaust system you will likely need to adjust your jetting to gain the best performance. Jetting can be very tricky, there isn't a specific setting I could give you to help jet your bike. I would recommend taking the bike to a Local Motorcycle Shop with a service department to have the exhaust installed and the bike jetted properly.

Q: How much more horsepower will this produce on a 2012 honda crf100f?
2 years 7 months ago
what is the horsepower increase from stock and what will that bring it up too exactly? does this produce more horsepower than the fmf powercore? how easy is it to install?
Expert MotoSport Staff

A: Unfortunately, Big Gun does not provide specific numbers for the Horsepower gained with this exhaust installed on your Honda CRF100F. You should be able to feel significant horsepower and torque gains compaired to the stock exhaust on your bike.
Q: Is rejetting required with the installation of this pipe?

A: It is really hard to say as it would really depend on how your bike is running with the current jetting. You should be safe to install the exhaust and then tune your jetting from there if necessary.
Q: How many decibels louder would this make a 2012 honda crf100f?

A: Unfortunately there is not exact decibel rating on this exhaust from the manufacturer as it is not anywhere near loud enough to pass the noise regulations in OHV parks. When speaking with the manufacturer they said you could expect low 90's as the decibel rating with their experience. This is going to be louder than stock but will not be obnoxious. The Big Gun Evo Mini exhausts produce a deeper tone rather than a high pitch so even though it will be louder, its pretty easy on the ears.
