Description Item #AXO000Z

The Drone is constructed with high quality materials chosen for their weight, strength and value. Optimized plastics are thicker where support and reinforcement are needed and tapered in non-critical areas. A 1-buckle height shin plate wraps across the shin and instep to completely guard the front of the foot. Instep panels are long enough to fit a wider range of calf and leg sizes. A tapered vinyl and foam gaiter wraps the top of the boot offering a barrier which resists dirt from entering. 4 replaceable PU molded buckles float on their bases allowing unrestricted alignment. The durable synthetic boot material resists wear, requires less breaking-in and retains its shape longer. A width sculpted and shaped wrapping toe box incorporates slip resistant shifter ridges. Thick synthetic leather covers the inner side of the boot guarding it from heat and wear. The steel shank adds comfort and support. The sole is attached to the upper using a time-tested welted construction. A stain-resistant mesh lining is combined with durable synthetics providing a non-slip interior.

Axo-Drone Boots

I purchased these boots for my nephew who is new in motor cross and he was just in awe when he opened these boots up and tried them on. They just fit him; so I did send them back for one size larger and the customer service rep couldn't have been any nicer with helping me do this and have them in such a short time. His father was amazed at the quality and fit too and I would recommend this company and these boot for others. Thank you

Awesome boots

These boots are great they're really comfortable and keep my feet dry through all the water and mud I've encountered ripping through the woods Only thing is I tried on some other brands size 12 was way to small and 13 fit good as long as they were nice and tight. My actual boot size is a 12.5 and unfortunately there is no such thing for a riding boot. My only problem with this boot is they can't get as tight as I want them. There is a little too much room at the top of them even with my pants tucked in them. They'd be better if they were more adjustable for tightening

The strap broke the first time they were worn. Otherwise they fit great and were comfortable.

My ankle is broken. Spend the money

Well when it comes to helmets and boots, spend the money. Im writing this review a month after I bought them. I went cheap becuase I had just spent 3000 dollars on my bike for the season. and my pair of tech 6's were worn out. The first race I did with them the stitching came apart. Next race a buckle tore off. I was practicing at a buddies track, came out of a corner, ripping through third gear, hit a big root, lost my front end. boot twisted as it landed, twisted my ankle until the bone broke. a pair of sidis, or alpinestars, I'd a been fine. now I cant race this weekend, or work this month. spend the money. Its not worth hobbling around on a pair of crutches for 6 weeks.

Great Boot

This boot is great for the buy and they are comfortable. They fit with everything and they adjust very well and they snap good. Have normal wear and tear but great for my first boot. They protect well and great for begeiners that are learning how to ride to shift the bike with the lip on th side of the boot

Tough to ride with

These are my first riding boots always wore work boots in the past. I found them very difficult to shift with and don't feel the bike like I used to. Feel very out of touch and not one with the bike. May be normal but I'm not sure if they'll feel better with some wear.

Best boots for the lowest price.

these boots are absolutely amazing. the straps are a little stiff to begin with but then start to loosen up after a bit. I rode in these boots for two days straight and my feet weren't sore at all! these are just an overall great boot and all for just around a hundred bucks! i'm recommending these boots to anyone with a low budget and just wants a great boot.

Buy!

Great for the prices. Very comfortable. Latches are a bit stiff but after a while of using them it becomes easier.

GREAT VALUE ! ! !

Best boot I've had for the money. Easy to get into and out of. The latches are a bit stiff the first few times you suit up, but they get easier with use. Surprisingly comfortable. You can actually walk in these boots, surprise!

Q: Are they waterproof/weather resistant?

A: They would not be "waterproof". I would call them water resistant. They will keep the water out pretty well but eventually would probably soak through. Usually the water gets in through the top on really wet rides.

Q: Will these boots fit around my 21" calves?

A: The boots are fairly adjustable however unfortunately boot manufactures do not provide a maximum diameter for the calf area so it would be difficult to say if they would fit without you actually trying them on.
