Yoshimura developed the RS2 exhaust to build horsepower throughout the power band with a good top end punch.
The RS2 complete exhaust is made to provide an affordable system that is totally reliable. The sleeve of the RS2 muffler is constructed out of aluminum to shave weight. Yoshimura beefed up the durability of the RS2 exhaust system with the use of stainless steel for the head and mid pipe.
Quality engineering will not only provide a boost in power, it also gives the RS2 exhaust a sound that screams muscle. Yoshimura provides the ability to contain a few dB's with the 96dB insert that makes it USFS approved, with the addition of the spark arrestor.
The Yoshimura RS2 complete exhaust system includes: aluminum RS2 muffler, stainless steel mid pipe, stainless steel head pipe, spark arrestor, 96dB insert, mounting hardware, detailed instructions.

Where is the flange on the head pipe that bolts up to the head of the motor? Also, is their a mid-bolt hook up bracket?

Keep in mind, we use GENERAL product pictures supplied by Yoshi to give you an idea of what the pipe looks like. There will be a flange to bolt it to your head, it does not include a new gasket, and yes there will be a mounting point at the mid pipe.

Stainless Systems come with a 96db sound insert/USFS approved spark arrestor installed in the muffler. Optional 94db and 99db sound inserts available separately.
