The most noticable deference is the fit. Every other pack I've had seems to bounce around no matter how tight I tried to make the strap. Other brands use a back pack style of straps with a center buckle around the chest connecting the two straps keeping them from sliding off your shoulders. The leatt uses a much different (much better) strapping system that keeps the pack tight to your body preventing any unwanted movement of the pack while riding. The Hands-Free system also sets it apart from the competition."

I love the harness on this Leatt setup, as well as the hands-free setup. No more searching for the hose while riding. I would think this saves me atleast 3-5 minutes in a 70 minute harescramble."

"this is a great hydration pack for racing. it is comfortable and works very well with a neck brace. the hands free system works great and is definitely a bonus in racing. my only concern is that the pack is held together by a single plastic buckle in the front. the buckle is very exposed and could get damaged if the racer gets roosted with a rock. but that hasen't happened to me yet. I would recommend this pack to anyone who is racing harescrables, WORCS, or similar closed course racing events."
