Product Description

The Fasst Company Flexx Handlebar absorbs shock and vibration that is transferred to your body, allowing you to ride longer, at a faster pace with more control. Simply put, you will have better racing results, more fun riding or a better time exploring with Flexx Handlebars controlling your day. This technology doesn't happen by accident. It's been honed, shaped, reviewed, tested and re-tested with the goal of more control with less abuse always in mind. The cumulative effects of Fasst Company's experience are offered in today's Flexx Handlebar. They've eliminated maintenance, decreased friction and further reduced vibration to offer you an exceptional ownership experience that will allow you a better day of riding.

  • Dramatically reduces vibration - The aluminum (material of the handlebar) to rubber (elastomer) interference dampens the vibrations commonly felt at your hands.
  • Less arm pump and fatigue - The absorbing action of the Flexx Handlebars results in less abuse transferred to the rider, greatly reducing arm pump and fatigue.
  • Tunable to your needs - Elastomers absorb the abuse typically transferred to your upper body.
  • Component ready - Numerous accessories are compatible with the Flexx Handlebars, from handguard mounts to aftermarket controls and more.
  • What's in the box: Flexx Handlebars in your choice of bend, handlebar pad, 4 sets of compression elastomers and 1 set of rebound elastomers.
  • Note: Requires the use of oversized 1-1/8" handlebar clamps.

Benefits way beyond what any handlebar has achieved before!

Love them
I love them, I race moto and cross county and they help out my arms. The other thing that is nice is they are a little taller than stock bars and that is great for a tall guy like me.

The only bars for bad wrists
I am 43 years old. I broke my scaphoid, right wrist, about two years ago. It took about a year and a half for it to heal enough for me to try riding again. I only went a couple times in several months because riding set back how my wrist felt substantially. I hesitated for months buying these bars but finally i thought, no matter how many times i read how great they are, the only way i'll know if they make riding possible again for me, is to try them for myself. So, how did they work for me and my fragile wrist? I've been riding 3 times in the last 4 weeks, with no pain at all. Not while i ride, not later that nite, not the next day. The second time i went to the track with these bars, i rode my sons bike, just to see if the flex bars really were that good. when we pulled back to the truck, i could not believe how harsh his bars were and he could not believe how much better my flex bars felt compared to his. And he is a teenager with healthy wrists! I can ride now as hard as i want and none of the harshness that used to upset my wrist is present anymore. I know everyone has different injuries and heals differently, but for me, these bars made riding possible, and enjoyable again.

MUST BUY!!!!
These bars are the single best purchase I have ever made!! They are expensive but they are cheaper than the medical bills for two broken arms. I over shot a triple and completely flat landed the bike. The bars flexed so much that they actually broke and I crashed. I know that If I would have not had these bars, I would have two broken arms right now. There is not one bad thing to say about these bars. I strongly recommend these bars for every rider. They do not come with a cross bar pad. You will have to order that seperate for 15$.

Fasst Flex Bars
These bars are amazing. What a difference in any type of riding. I race an rec ride and they help out. Especially when airing a big jump, makes the landings feel like butter. Little spendy but absolutely worth the money. Super easy to install.

No other bar compares
In racing XC you take a beating and these bars definitely help take some fo that away. I've always had very bad issues wiht "arm pump" and with these bars it's very much reduced. Both of my 450R's have them.

Excellent Bars
I have used these bars for at least six years. I have had no issues with these bars at all, they are very durable. I had purchased them after having severe pain in my wrist from riding rock run enduros, my wrist would hurt so bad after a rock run that I would plunge booth my hands in a ice chest full of water and ice. That is no longer the case. The movement in the bars is not even noticed when you are ridding. I use the yellow durometers. The only negative is their weight , they are a little heavy when compared to regular bars. The price is a little steep too, but they are worth it. So if you have any issues with your wrist, hands or shoulders I highly recommend these bars to keep you ridding.

Less vibration
Flex bars are a great investment for any rider. The bars do exactly what they are named for, FLEX, the bushing design really takes the harsh vibrations and bumps out of riding. Reduces arm pump significantly.

BUY 'EM! THEY WORK!
These bars helped reduce arm pump at the track and trails. I installed them on my YZ250 10 months ago and have been loving them ever since. I use the yellow rubber spacer (softest). Although the only thing to reduce arm pump is getting more seat time, I highly recommend these bars. They're perfect and made my bike more comfortable. Good investment.

Can you mount a steering dampner on them?
MotoSport Staff
2 years 11 months ago Location: Tualatin
we do not carry them but yes, Fasst Co does make a crossbar that will accept a steering damper. You can either order it direct from Fasst or give us a call and we can special order it.
2 years 10 months ago Location: Wrightstown NJ
Yes you can mount a steering damper Fasst makes a special cross bars that are curved to clear the steering damper. Personally I use one stock crossbar and one I fabricated to clear the steering damper, but you could use one or two curved ones they sell to clear the steering damper. I use my fabricated one to offer room for my enduro computer.

Which ever feels more comfortable for your riding style. Some like higher bars over lower or visa versa.

What is the rise on the 14 and 12 degree atv bars? I have checked Fasst's website and they describe there handlebar sizes different than Motoport.?
Expert MotoSport Staff
Over 3 years ago Location: USA
They list the dimensions in degrees, Here's a link to what I'm talking about.http://www.fasstcompany.com/products/flexx/bends.shtml They do break down the actual bend size like traditional handlebars.

I am thinking of getting the Flex Bars for my Honda CRF230. What bend do you recommend for woods riding and do the clamps have to be replaced?
Top 250 Contributor
Over 3 years ago Location: missoula mt
yes the clamps will have to be replaced. your bike came with 7/8" bars and these are designed for fatbar mounts. and for in the woods narrower is better. depending on your height, the height of your handlebars will most likely be better if they are taller then stock. woods require more standing up then the track so a bar higher so youre not bending over as much would be beneficial.

What is the width of flex bars?
I am getting a new +2 stem and also the clamps to go with it but don't know which size of clamps to get 7/8 or 11/8 in order to fit flexx bars.

You need the oversize 1 1/8" clamps for these
DeMento Over 3 years ago
How do you pick the rest of the bend?
Such as rise and width? All you can select on here is the sweep.

Which bend?
I have a 08 KFX 450. The stock bars are Renthal Fat Bars and I am comfortable with the bend. Which one of the bends offered by Fasst will be similar?
MotoSport Staff
Over 3 years ago Location: P+RTLAND
It really depends on what bend of Fat bar you are running. There should be a series of numbers on your bars themselves that let you know what bend they are. You can use both Renthal.com and EastonEXP.com to see what bends are similar.

The 14 Quad bend is similar to the KFX bend.
