I inspected and noticed the ends of the pads were rubbing hard against the caliper. Thinking I was shipped the wrong part, I dug the old pads from the trash to compare. They are the same except the new pads are half a mm wider on each side. Small variance but made all the difference. I put the old ones back in and plan to grind down where it's rubbing. I know they're cheap, but the product has to be exact where exactness counts."
