"Specifically ordered this Ballistic EVO2 battery for my 2006 Ducati 999 per the manufacturer's guide. I Swapped the EVO2 out with my stock Yuasa battery and this battery will NOT start my bike. I then actually called the local Ducati authorized Dealer and their service manager stated that they have not had one of these batteries work as claimed in a Ducati. I will be returning this battery and replacing it with the OEM battery I should have bought in the first place."

Ballistic EVO2 Battery Ballistic EVO2 Battery Ballistic EVO2 Battery MotoEnthusiast4 (Austin, TX) Good battery "I got tired of my battery needing constant tending if I didn't drive it everyday. Here in ..." "I got tired of my battery needing constant tending if I didn't drive it everyday. Here in Austin, the driving season is all year, but in the winter we'll get some cold overnight lows. If you aren't really disciplined, your lead acid battery just isn't going to last more than 3 years. I did a lot of forum searching between the Ballistic EVO2 and the Shorai and they seemed compatible products. The Ballistic folks had a much better customer service rep so I went with them. It's smaller and lighter and comes with some foam for you to pack it into your bike's battery compartment so it won't jostle. I've had it in for two weeks and my 1050cc speed triple has started like a champ, no complaints."
