Better than the 13 tooth.
I bought this for my CRF230F to get a bit more higher gearing. You won't see a big difference, but a difference is there. I don't think I can go any larger. Instead if you want even higher gearing, drop a few teeth in the back along with this sprocket.

Front Sprocket
Very easy to install on my 450r. I went down one tooth and trail riding was a little easier. The bottom-end torque gain was nice too, of course I lost some top-end speed.

Great sunstar products as always. Sprocket fit my 09 CRF450r with with a Fastway spacer for my xring chain. Holding up well.

Pretty Solid Sprocket for the Price
I needed a super small 12 tooth front sprocket for my CRF250 for Endurocross and there were very few choices. Luckily Sunstar still makes one on this size and it seems to be of average durability. My only gripe is they do not etch the sprocket tooth size visible to the outside so I can't see what sprocket size is on without counting teeth. Minor gripe though!

Great sprocket
When I needed a counter sprocket for my sons 125, Sunstar was my first choice. My crf250x still has the original Sunstars from 2005 and are only now in need of replacing. Great quality and value.

SUNSTAR FRONT SPROCKET
Trail riding with my 6 & 8 year old girls on there 50 & 70
left me with some fancy clutch work on my TRX450. Dropping the front sprocket 1 tooth did the trick!

Greta waring sprocket!
I have this & a sunstar rear on my YZ450 & with the proper chain tension, chain lube & chain cleaning after every trip you can go a full year & few hundred miles out of this.
