QUAD WORKS POWER KIT

If you purchased the UM Performance Aluminum Air Box, which I'm just guessing, they require a '87-'88 TRX250R K&N replacement air filter. As far as getting the quadworks power kit I would determine if the new airbox is giving you more airflow than stock and if it is, you really won't need the kit.

most kits would come with a couple over and a couple under the OEM sizing, that way you would get what would be needed for some modifications, going larger main jet or some times going smaller than stock at higher altitudes.

these kits come with every thing needed for each application, if your kit needed a special flange to install the filter then it would come with it, other than that it wouldn't be a kit. they come with a filter that is similar to what a K&N is. jetting? on that your going to need to read the instruction being air density and temperatures can very some much even though you say your sea level.

Yes this will fit, the only hard part is the jetting. So if you haven't jetted a bike before I would have a mechanic do it, but everything else is pretty straight forward

It looks as if your ATV is listed as fitting this part. This is a bolt on modification. You will need to assemble this in the airbox, but no modifications will need to be done on the airbox itself.
