You will need to look for a rim sized 8x8. The first number represents the rim diameter and the second number represents the rim width.

yeah you can. you just have to make sure you profile your bike when ordering the rims. that way it will be the correct bolt pattern. also make sure you get the correct tire size to fit the rim.
