All Balls Rear Wheel Bearing Kit

Product Description

Wheel bearings typically fail from water and dirt contamination. The All Balls Rear Wheel Bearing Kit was developed in partnership with KML Bearing and is designed for the difficult operating environment of the powersport industry.

  • Kit contains 1 seal and 3 ball bearings required to re-fit a wheel.
  • Premium EMQ quality, high-speed bearing featuring low drag, double-lip rubber seals which provide superior exclusion of water, dirt and improved grease retention.
  • Type TC Nitrile Elastomer wheel seals are specifically designed to keep out water and dirt.
  • Rubber coated outside diameter creates an optimum seal at hub.
  • Steel garter spring guarantees constant pressure on the axle shaft over the life of the seal.
  • Rebuilds one wheel.

Great Bearing Kit!

Installing these bearings made a world of difference! Although a little time consuming and a tricky install (it was my first time) the end result was well worth my time!

Good product

Hardest part of replacing the bearings is removing the old set. The new ones tap in place real easy after you coat them with some grease, and you can't go wrong with the bearing seals, just remembering to have the seal face the open end of the axel.

Good for the 99%

Bearings seem to be well made. I forgot to put my center axle spacer in and had to beat one bearing back out and destroyed the dust cover. Luckily my factory KTM bearing dust cover fit *perfectly*. I also put a few squirts of general purpose moly EP grease in the bearings before putting them in. They shipped with minimal grease inside. I expect them to last me 5+ years.

Bearings feel tight and smooth, fit like they should, can't ask for more out of bearings. Replaced originals on a '97 CR250R, crossing my fingers these last just as long if not longer.

Over two year and still going.

I have used All Balls Bearing Kits for over two year on all of my bikes. They get rode hard in motocross and I have never had one of the bearing fail. I do regrease the bearing every four months along with all the other bearing on the bikes, so I do take care of the bearing to help them last longer.

Why are there three bearings in this kit? And why is the hole for the axl two different sizes? This is the kit for my bike!?
MotoSport Staff Expert
2 days 6 hours ago Location: Portland, OR, USA
Yes, There are 2 bearings in your rear wheel and one in the sprocket hub on your rear wheel. 2 wheel bearings should be the same bearing, the sprocket hub bearing will be the different bearing.

I have a 2007 ktm 250 sxf with a stock hub i bought these bearings and i have a fitment issue.?
When installing these i got the rodor side bearing in with ease but on the sprocket side i realized there was a lip on the inside of the hub that the vearing will not pass thus preventing it from going all the way in is there something wrong with the bearings i bought? Are they boththe same size? How can i get them to fit?

Will these fit a 1984 cr 80? Can you give me the part number of this bearing?
MotoSport Staff Expert
1 month 27 days ago Location: Portland, OR, USA
This particular bearing kit is not made to fit your 1984 Honda CR80, The only front wheel bearing we would offer for your bike would be the OEM Honda bearing (Honda #96140-62010-10 / Bearing #6201U). You can order the OEM bearings for your front wheel via the OEM Parts finder. Here is a link to the diagram for your front wheel: http://www.motosport.com/dirtbike/oem-parts/HONDA/1984/CR80/FRONT-WHEEL

What country are these from?
MotoSport Staff
4 months 22 days ago Location: Portland, OR, USA
These bearings are manufactured by KML which has multiple plants around the world. I am unsure of what factory your specific bearings would come from.

Does anyone have the size of these bearings?
MotoSport Staff
Over 10 months ago Location: Portland, OR, USA
Unfortunately there are many different sets of these bearings. We have different sets for each individual model, so i cannot provide a bearing dimension without knowing what they are for. If you can give us a call we are more than happy to help you get the correct bearings.

Yes I just got a 05 trx450r and where the axle goes thure the bearings are bad and will these bearing fit it or what is it called?
MotoSport Staff
Over 11 months ago Location: Portland, OR, USA
Yes, if you buy the All Balls rear wheel bearing kit for your 2005 TRX450R, you will receive the carrier bearings that support the axle where it passes through the swingarm.

These bearings are sold ready to install. For maintenance intervals I suggest using a waterproof grease.
1 year 1 month ago Location: Northern, VA, USA
Use a good quality wheel bearing grease. Load up the dust seal with grease before driving it it.

These bearings are sealed and require no lubricant. You may want to pack them in grease when installing to help keep dirt out. Use a waterproof grease.
