  • Troy Lee Designs constructed the Air helmet's shell from their aerospace composite fiberglass with the addition of carbon fiber reinforcements to produce a lightweight helmet that exceeds DOT and Snell M2002 and M2005 standards.
  • Air channels have been formed in conjunction with the patented Hi-Flow ventilation system that includes 12 strategically placed intake ports with 5 exhaust ports to efficiently move fresh air through the helmet.
  • Troy Lee Designs added a super plush liner that features Cool Max® material to wick moisture and maximize comfort. The Air helmet liner can be removed and washed to keep you feeling clean.
  • Keeping the roost out of the vents is done with the use of aluminum mesh which also adds stellar looks to the Air helmet. Troy Lee Designs also used aluminum for the helmet visor hardware and the chin strap D-rings for lightweight good looks.
  • Racers know that good vision is key and so does Troy Lee which is why the Air helmet has been designed with a large eye port that works well with any goggle.

best helmet ive ever used
" just got it in and went out and tryed it the fit is awsome it looks great and seams to be made very well i always used thor helmets before but now that ive got my hands on this i doubt ill ever go back this helmet just seams to beat the fit and finish from my old helmet in every way you can get cheaper helmets that will work but if you have the money i wouldnt get another helmet even cleaning this helmet is much easyer to do here it comes apart easyer and goes back together easyer than my old one i strongly recomend this helmet "
