Depends on how long you leave the mud on them. White does stain after mud has sat on them for a while so as long as you wash them right after riding the white should stay in pretty decent shape.

like the staff said it will stain if you leave it on for a while but if you wash it off right away with a power washer or windex it will come off easily

You would order the same size the child wears in normal everyday shoes. They size the boots the same.

I wear a size 14 shoe and I ordered the size 14 from fox. I tried it on and the boots were too small. I purchased the 15 and they fit like a glove. I would recommend going a sized up on the fox boots.

ussually a size bigger then ur shoe size will fit perfect, it worked for me

the boots run a little big i wear a size 9.5-10 street shoe and i ordered the size 9 boot even with fox riding sox on i still had plenty of room in the boots.

They are water resistant and should be able to handle the occasional splash.. They'll keep the water out just as well as any other MX style boot.

no, water wont get in easily there is a flap that goes almost all the way up the boot that keeps most every thing out

These boots are only available in full sizes.

I think they only come in full sizes but i recommend getting 1 size larger than your everyday shoes because these boots run a little small IMO

there are no half sizes unfortunately. but the boots still fit great. i wear a 9.5-10 size street shoe and i ordered the size 9 boot and it fits great even with fox riding sox on there was still plenty of room.

tech 3s are built better, they last longer and are more heavy duty. and they're alpinestars so they will be great boots

These do not have a full on Off-road sole. they have some traction but not like a hiking boot.

yes, they have 2 different styles. the comp 5 and then the comp 5 offroad which has the workboot sole for the trails

these have mx soles the other off road comp 5 boot has more of a army boot bottom to it.

These don't have steal toes. Steal toed boots would make it hard to feel the shift lever.

No.. I'm not aware of any MX boot running steel in the sole. Some have steel toe and heel caps, but thats it. That would pretty much eliminate the flex in the boot which you want..

I purchased a set of Comp 5's over a year ago and they have held up pretty good. Feet stay dry unless there are river crossing, but what boot can protect against that? The only downfall I have noticed is the little rubber inserts on the buckles like to pop out. You can pop them back in and they dont affect them staying latched. Soles are holding up very well, and they have a comfortable fit . For a reasonable priced boot I would purchase them again.

If i had to choose between these two pair of boots i would take the Comp 5 Boot. The problem with the Thors is that the straps on them break all the time. And there not realy comfotible. The fox boots i have had not troulble with they never break and there very comfotible!!!
