Did not want to buy these4 ply tires!The quad i bought had a new set on rear so i bought these to match. They do look good but...Maxxis copies I.T.P most of the time and then charges alot more for their stuff. Wasnt impressed with these or any other Maxxis tires I have had. Predators come stock with them so I have had quite a few, I like I.T.P much better.The reason I bought them here is because MOTOSPORT had the best prices on the net!!!!

These tires do not hook up nearly as well as the razr II's do but the longer life and nicer price tag makes them a great buy.

Poor purchase
The tread on the razr last almost forever but never really hooks up. These tires only touch the ground on the middle tread pattern. which means there is no traction at all. turning when you turn your bars is almost impossible. it always takes me a couple seconds to hookup which can be scary at times. if you like this tire i recommend you just get the razr 2 where all the tread touchs the ground.

Tire for all Terrains
If I could have only one pair of front tires, the Maxxis Razr would be it. Good steering precision and braking control. The tread seems to last forever. Nice and lightweight. They control your direction so much better than any stock tire, and are equally at home in mud, hardpack, sand or snow. Less bite than Razr2 front tires, but that means less jarring feedback, and the tougher compound of this tire lasts longer. Not to mention, the better price on these.
