Great..!

Bought the Rs-2 System for my 09 Yz450F and installed it I have say awesome difference! Had to buy a new exhaust gasket and the stock mid pipe clamp didn't fit the rs-2 so had to buy new. Overall the Exhaust is on point and bike performs well! Had to do a few jetting adjustments but it was excellent. Worth the price

Yoshimura RS-2 for ltz400

I bought this pipe for my 2005 ltz400. Installation was pretty simple but the mid pipe was touching the frame, but after doing a little adjusting i was able to get so it doesn't touch. Overall the pipe added some decent power, looks sick and sounds good.

Awesome Exhaust

I purchased this exhaust for my YZ250F '06 and I can just feel the difference riding from the stock pipe. I also purchased and installed a 99dB insert for it to help that much more and it has done wonders! I would definitely consider this exhaust for a Yamaha if you are looking for one!

My son wanted a little more kick in his 110. Wow what a difference. Much more power and is quicker. He loves it. And the look is too cool for school.

Smooth power curve and quiet

The install is easy and the power curve is better then stock exhaust system and make power more manageable on my 2007 Honda CRF 450, also the people I ride with say they can't hear me until I pass them so the system is quieter then the stock system. I would buy the exhaust system again any time I buy a new bike.

Does the addition of the Yoshimura exhaust system need further bike help?
I have owned 2 recently made HD's. An ultra and put on Vance and Hines slip on's and it needed a retune. My Night Rod wore some awesome tab slip on's and they said no upgrade needed. So I am completely confused and will never buy another HD! Does the CRF110F need additional work after installing the Yoshimura system? Thanks in advance.

Normally when switching over to any aftermarket full exhaust system you will have to retune/re-jet for optimal performance. With a slip-on exhaust usually only minor tuning is required. Jetting can be very technical and somewhat tricky. I can't really recommend specific jet sizes for your Honda CRF110 as it would depend on your location (alititude/temperature). I would recommend taking your bike to a shop with a service department to have it re-jetted after the exhaust is installed.

I have a 2004 rmz250 and I cannot get the jetting right for this exhaust! I have the full system! What jets should I start with?
I have stage 2 hotcam camshafts and a boysen quick shot 2 accelerator pump.

For jetting specifications specific to your location. Your best will be to call Yoshimura directly and they can provide their recommended jetting specs. Yoshimura can be reached at 1-800-634-9166.

The weight of the Stainless Aluminum system is 13LBS. The carbon fiber version is about 1/2 LB less.

How much for a jet kit and springs kit?
If I'm going to buy this system I also will new jets kit and spring Kit, how much will that cost? Cheers Adz38
MotoSport Staff
Over 6 months ago Location: Portland, OR, USA
Any required springs will be included with the exhaust. The jet kit pricing can be found on their respective pages. We have either the JD jet kits or the FMF Power Up jet kits available for your 2006 YZ250F.

Do I have to re-jet with the RS-2 on my 05 Honda CRF250R? If so what would the jetting be with RS-2 on my bike?
MotoSport Staff
Over 8 months ago Location: Portland, OR, USA
The jetting can and will vary depending on your location and what elevation you ride at. For the best recommendation on jetting I would call Yoshimura directly with your location information and they are more than happy to provide jetting specs. Yoshimura can be reached at 1-800-634-9166.

Does the yoshi RS-2 Comp series full system include jetting for carb or no jetting needed or what do you need to get?
MotoSport Staff
Over 11 months ago Location: Portland, OR, USA
This exhaust will require re-jetting and it is not included with the exhaust. I would recommend a jet kit or to contact Yoshimura directly to see what they recommend to jet your bike at based on your location. The jet kits will come with a jetting guide to help with the jetting process.

I have the slip on can I buy the pipe know?
I also wan to do a fuel box and programmer for the set up. What do u recommend? I noticed there is two modules for this pipe.do I need both modules?
MotoSport Staff
Over 11 months ago Location: Portland, OR, USA
Unfortunately we do not have the header separately from the full system for the Yoshimura exhaust. There are many fuel programmers to choose from, and offer quite a few variables in set up. Depending on how involved you would like to get with tuning will determine which fuel programmer to go with.

Iam I able to take the spark arrestor out and put it back in when needed?
MotoSport Staff
Over 4 years ago Location: Tualatin
yes the spark arrestor is removable
Over 11 months ago Location: Sugar Land, TX, USA
Yes you can but from everything that I have read and heard it is not a good idea due to back pressure and what else. What I did with my pipe is I purchased a 99dB insert and it sounds great. I would look into it if you don't want to keep the spark arrestor in the exhaust.
