I bought this because I was wearing through the stock Magnesium cover on my 08 CRF250. This cover is awesome. It hasn't shown any wear in the 8 months I have had it and there is no way to rub through it with your boots. I was slightly disappointed though because the picture is not an exact representation with the product as there is a big "H" and then Hinson underneath but I can deal. Overall it's the best cover I believe you can buy.

I put this on my 2011 YZ450F. I haven't replaced the clutch yet but added this as I had the understanding it would hold more oil. It actually holds the same amount...but you can easily tell the machining on this is much nicer than stock. I have 15 hrs on it and still not scuffed up too much from boots and debris

For my RMZ450
Good looking cover and very well built. I bought it for its excellent resistance to boot wear. Only thing I don't like is no oil check bolt, so I now measure. The instructions were very poor as it advised to inspect the o-ring gasket...my RMZ does not have an o-ring, instead a traditional gasket. I would advise others to purchase a new gasket as this does not come with an extra and they are very thin and frail (for my model anyway). The picture is not accurate either, mine has the big "H" on top and then "Hinson" spelled out below it. I prefer the look of mine, more like the factory bikes.

the Henson clutch cover is thicker than stock. Therefore it is stronger and resists scarring from my boots. Extremely easy to install. And of course it looks good. I would recommend it to a friend or anyone.

Extra Capacity Model?
Hinson offers a standard capacity and extra capacity model of this clutch cover I just want to verify this is the extra capacity model. Also if it is the extra cap model will my brake lever clear the cover without rubbing? Currently there is a very small clearance of the stock cover and brake lever on my CRF450R. Thanks...

Will the hinson clutch cover have a oil screw to check my oil?
I have an 06 rmz-450 and the oem cover has an allen bolt in it to check the level of the oil and i wanted to know if the hinson cover will have the same?

On the hinson clutch cover. In the picture i didnt see an oil level windeo. just checking if there is one.

We use general pictures just to give you an idea of the products so if your bike has a oil level window the Hinson will have one as well.

The older honda crf's used 650cc and the new ones 750cc. I have an 09 and use 800cc or 700cc respectively
