Awesome
No installation instructions but if you are even remotely mechanically inclined it is very simple. Put on my 2011 YFZ450R and immediately noticed a very nice boost in horsepower. This thing sounds amazing as well. Can't speak for its durability yet but all of the TIG welds look very nice and strong.

Good Purchase
Very good exhaust. I bought the complete system for my 09 yfz450r and it was what I was hoping for. I put this on along with a twin air power flow air filter and a wiseco fuel controller. The power gain is great, and the sound is great too. Loud, but good. Easy installation

Got to have
I installed this system on my rapter 700R with a power cammander and a mod quad air filter which I purchased from Motosport, well worth the money. The sound is sweet and the power increase was what I was hoping for, it definately woke my engine up. I didn't give it five stars for installation because there was no instructions, but it was easy to figure out Well if have any ability to work on things you shouldn,t have any problems, but if you don,t your better of staying in front of your computer and finding someone who can help you.

Very Loud and Great Performance
I bought this exhaust for my '07 Raptor 350 and all I can say is this exhaust is LOUD. Nice pop to it and nice loud sound. I have rejetted it but I think the place that did it put a small one in because I did not notice that much power difference between the upgraded exhaust gain and jet gain so I'm not sure with the power about the jetting but if you want a loud great performing exhaust get this (96db output) on my raptor.

How hard is it to jet the carbs yourself? do you need a kit?
Expert MotoSport Staff
Technically I'm unable to tell you how to work on your bike, but jetting is very simple to do. Your best bet is get a service manual for the ATV. The hardest part is to locate the right jet. I would start by pulling the main jet you have and see what size is stamped into it. then get a size or two larger. but buy a service manual, they're cheap and give you every bit of info you'll need to work on the quad.

Do you have to have new jets for a 07 trx250ex?
MotoSport Staff
Over 4 years ago Location: Portland, OR
It's always recommended to check your jetting after installing an exhaust or hi flow air filter. So most likely you will need to change your jetting..
