I purchased the pipe for a 2007 Polaris Predator. I was very excited when i recieved this. When i recieved this their was a page missing in the instructions so i had to go to the hmf website to get the other page...no big deal. When i tried to install it, the opening on the mid pipe did not fit over the stock header. We had to remove a bushing between the stock midpipe and header, then took the pipe to a local shop to have the opening on the hmf mid pipe wider. After that it did fit and bolted on easily. It does sound nice, and the pipe aint that loud. i was expecting more. It felt like it gave it more power, but not a ton. I would reccomend this pipe if you dont mind putting in a little TLC to get it to fit.

Worth every penny.
I bought this for the 400ex. After I bolted it on and properly jet it. My ATV was ripping, there was definitely an increase in power, It would accelerate faster almost ripping my arms off. Overall the product looked awesome, I just wished they put a metal label instead of the sticker, but it still looks awesome. The finish is really top notch. I just had a problem with bolting it on, I had to drill another hole on the bracket to make it fit on my ATV other than that there was no problem. This exhaust also doesn't need a gasket, just tighten the T clamp and you're good to go. There were also 2 other inserts you can use, mine had the largest insert already bolted for maximum power. If you have sensitive neighbors I suggest you use the other inserts because this thing is loud! You'll be expecting a lot of them knocking at your door.

Any jetting kit will work out great. The "kits" all come with a range of different sizes and a chart to zero in on the jetting specifications that will work best for your needs. Just make sure you select the correct model information when ordering or adding to your cart.

If I just add a slip on system will I need a fuel processor? I've heard that the fuel injected quads have some leeway in their air fuel maps?

you may need to and you might not. it all depends on how the bike runs with it on. being that its just a slip on you never know. but most of the time you do need to with the fuel injection quads.
