Good kit

i put this on my 400ex and it woke it up so much. after this i put a 440 big bore and a big gun exhaust. it has alot of power. and this kit is where it all started

Overall
Good i guess

This is a great kit for a great price but it didn't work out for me. i have 07 trx 300ex and it would always bog out on me, it was way to rich to make the bike run. The air filter didn't fit right so i had some problem getting that on. right now thats the only thing i got out of that kit. i put it on ebay..

Money well spent.

This woke my 06 raptor 350 up a bunch along with a full DG exhaust. I would recomend this to anybody that wants more throttle response...and now anytime I get back pressure in the exhaust it throws blue flames.

Quadworks powerkit

i was happy to see all of the different things all in one kit so i ordered it for my 05 Z400. the fliter is great but the only problem it didnt fit with the stock mount and didnt come with a new one so i had a little work to do, also the jets were to small but that wasnt that big of a deal. over all decent product i would recomend

This is available for your 2002 Yamaha Warrior. It will come with the correct jet kit specific to your ATV along with a jetting guide to help you jet it properly for the modifications that are done. Please make sure to profile your ATV correctly as these kits are model specific.

Do i need to get a tuner if i use these jets?
im asking if i have to buy a tuner or not to use these jets.. im also planning on getting a full exhaust system
MotoSport Staff

A tuner wouldn't be necessary since your model is carbureted and the Quad Works Power Kit comes with a jetting kit.

Will i get the correct jets?
I read a review written and it said he did not get the right jets for a ltz 400. Is this right?

I believe the jets that are included are based off a stock setup. If the other gentleman mentioned in his review that he received too small of jets, which means to me that he had more done to the quad than just an intake system. If you have a stock setup, you should be fine with the default jets in this kit, but if you have done an exhaust and rejetted the quad to accommodate that, then you might have to purchase larger jets when installing this intake system. I hope this makes sense.

Is this filter any good?

The air filter is a carbon copy of a K&N. Yes this is a good quality setup.

Will it fit an 06 trx250ex?
will i need to modify anything
Expert MotoSport Staff
Over 4 years ago Location: Portland, OR
It looks as if your ATV is listed as fitting this part. This is a bolt on modification. You will need to assemble this in the airbox, but no modifications will need to be done on the airbox itself.

This is a k and n airfilter right?

It's similar to K&N but its actually an Hiflow Power Filter.

This will require installation, but works without having to modify any existing components (ie. airbox).
