Moose Racing Dynojet jet Kits provide a simple and affordable solution to carburetor tuning problems. Kits increase power and smoothness throughout the rev range while maintaining optimum fuel economy. NOT COMPATIBLE with California spec. bikes.

JETS INCLUDED FOR KITS BELOW
    STAGE 1 KIT
  • Designed for machines with stock engines using the stock airbox, air filter and stock or aftermarket exhaust.
  • Fully adjustable to allow for the use of well-designed aftermarket exhausts and stock replacement air filters.
  • Improve throttle response and drivability.
  • Power increases of approximately 5% throughout the entire power range.

    • STAGE 2 KIT
  • Designed for machines with stock or mildly modified engines using well-designed stock or aftermarket exhausts with a modified airbox and a stock or replacement air filter.
  • For applications where airbox modifications improve overall engine performance, a power increase of 8% can be achieved in most cases.

I installed this dynojet Kit in a Honda trxTRX400ex. It was fairly easy to install, but the directions that came with the jet kit were extremely lacking in detail. If I hadn't done this to another bike before, I wouldn't have attempted todo it for a first time.

Will it fix the hesitation mine has if I pin it?
I bought the bike from my buddy its an 06 yfz450 fmf exhaust and k&n air filter and he tried to jet it. I think her put the wrong jets. when your just driving at an idle and pin it the quad either stalls or hesitates then trys to throw you off.

It could be a number of things that will cause the hesitation or bog. Jetting is a process, which can vary depending on each situation. I suggest purchasing the jet kit and trying out some different sizes. From the sounds of it you may be changing the size of the pilot jet.

with a slip on you may need to jet and you may not. it all depends on how the bike runs when you put it on. other wise i would go with a dyno jet kit i think they are the best kits.
