Great buy
I got a 02 Honda 400ex and I put these on my quad and they look awesome they are really durable and light weight. The only thing I don't like about them is that I had to take of my foot guard in the back and had to drill two holes in the foot peg(not that big of a deal) but they are great.

I got these for my Honda 400 extrx and they are great! Installing them took about 30 min and just a few tools. I only had to drill two holes and everything else fit right into place. Have ridden with them many times and the are fantastic! Would buy this product again.

Awesome!! Very easy to put together and install. Like others have said you do need to drill a little but no big deal. Very strong, looks good on the machine and saves your (mine) feet and ankles many times. I highly recomend these for both play riding and hard riding. They hold up for me and they are a good price too!

These ac nerfbars are very strong and hold up nice when you ride hard. I had to drill one hole in my footpeg because the nerfbars call for two bolts but that took all of a minute. and they dont come with directions but if you know what nerfbars look like on a wheeler, you should be able to figure it out. Highly recomend!

I love these nerf bars. they were very easy to install and great for keeping me on my quad. these save my feet from touching the ground many of times. Must have for a racer!!!

Bad fitting
Do NOT get this for a TRX400ex, the holes don't line up and the stock pegs only have one hole when these call for two. Plus these don't offer any heel protection and don't come with instructions.

So if your foot slips of the peg you dont run over your foot it just hits the net.

If your feet slip off the pegs, it catches them. life savers if you race or jump

The main point of nerf bars are to keep you the rider on your quad when you are riding. They are a very important thing to have on your quad especially if you plan on racing. i can tell you from experience that i would not ride my quad without them. They have saved my feet from hitting the ground many of times. And believe me, you dont want your feet hitting the ground while riding at high rates of speed.

I left the heel cups in place on my wife's KFX 400 but i recommend replacing them with aluminum if you plan on aggressive riding

Well fist i put my net on and then i looked at were the scerws go on the nerf bars then i looked at my 4 wheeler and looked were it goes on it so then i got my brother to come out and help me hold the nerfs bars up while i screwed it on but but u can look at the picture and see how it goes on for more help.

Nerf bar installation?
i am looking to install these on my 88 250r and wondering about the foot peg area do they use the stock foot pegs or do i have 2 buy aftermarket? In the details it says compatable with ims pegs. and to me the pro-line series arent worth the money if they dont have heel gaurds. any information on this would be great. thanks for your time.
