Brace Yourself

I have a strength deficit between my left and right arms due to a stroke a few years back. I'm constantly rehabbing and the IMC wrist brace has allowed me to keep my arm and wrist a lot more stable when i ride. I may even start wearing one on both wrists. This is a great product that has become part of my standard gear just like knee braces. You don't have to be recovering from an injury to benefit from this piece of equipment - give a try.

A: I know this is a great wrist brace for motocross racing.

I would imagine it would work well for weight lifting as well but I'm no expert in that department. I would recommend getting in contact with Allsport Dynamics and see what they say about using this brace for weight lifting. You can find AllSport Dynamics online here: http://allsportdynamics.com/
