Quality Control?

I've used about 5 sets for various bikes since the beginning of the year, and the last set was for a YZ250. The outer bushing was way too large and I could move the fork lug a couple mm, and it was very sloppy. Ended up putting the old bushing back in(that was almost wore through the coating and still tighter) so my friend could ride for the weekend.

These caused a huge amount of stiction in the forks even after break in I installed factory ones and it was much better

Great kit

Very complete kit. Comes with the inner and outer fork bushings, new seals for the bleeders, new snap rings and on the Honda 47mm Showa kit new wear rings for the bellcrank of the forks. Great kit for the $.

Perfect Kit - Just Wish

All Balls bearings have been awesome for me regardless of the bearing type. This kit is complete and high quality. I just wish I got a upper spring seat bushing with this kit. Other than that, all smiles

Bushing Kit

All of the parts fit my 2001 YZ250 that I bought recently. Fork seals were leaking so decided to rebuild entire forks so I knew what i had. All parts fit great. Haven't put forks on bike yet but rebuild went well.

I changed my fork seals and bushings for the first time on my kdx last week and used this All Balls kit. It worked great. No problems what-so-ever and it was an easy job and a perfect fit.

Yes it is. It would be very difficult to have a picture for every bike out there for these kits. Motosport using the most common picture. Keep in mind you will still need seals and sliders.
