The All Balls CV Boot Kit material is compounded from an O.E.M.-grade DCR66 rubber that is formulated specifically for the demanding requirements of today's ATV's and UTV's.

  • 40% higher tensile strength than conventional CV boot material, suitable for the high joint angles of today's ATV's and UTV's.
  • 50% more abrasion resistant than conventional CV boot material to assure long life in today harsh off-road environments.
  • Rubber compound is tested to -40°F to assure good performance and long life at low temperatures.
  • Kits include two stainless steel clamps that are designed to be tightened without the use of special tools.
  • Lithium based Molybdenum Grease insures good lubrication for long CV joint life.
  • Easier to install than most O.E.M. and aftermarket boots.
  • Does not require the use of a "Banding Tool".
  • Sold individually.
  • Note: Image is for display purposes only; actual item will vary according to fitment.

Try the other Manufacturer

This kit was not the right size even though the box said everything was correct. Looked like the correct size for the inner boot but this was the outer boot and was too small although I was able to squeeze it on so it would work and I could go riding. We'll see how long it lasts! There was not enough grease for both cv joints as the inner joint needs to be disassembled in order to replace the boot on the outer joint. Booo! The clamps sucked so bad I just used the old ones again. Boooo! I know it's cheap but I'd gladly pay a few more bucks for something that works like it should. Boooo!!!!!!! Looks like "All Balls" is "Sucking It" on this one!!!!!!

Better than OEM!

Replaced my rear inner CV boot that was damaged during a hunt in Alaska. This new boot was super easy to install and looks and feels more durable than the OEM that was destroyed. save yourself some money and get this over the OEM ones!

CV Boots-pretty easy

I had to replace both rear CV Boots on my Teryx 750 as I think lifters and snow tracks stretched them too much (changed angle?) I'm not a mechanic at all, but wanted to save $... Took me about an hour per boot, which seems pretty good. I've taken it out with the wheels on it a couple of times this fall and works like a charm. Snow is coming so tracks will be on soon, so that will be the real test.

Ticking noise in right rear?
I have a 2008 Arctic Cat 500 4x4A. There is a ticking noise coming from the right rear and I noticed the little rubber boot is torn. I think this is the CV boot. Could that be the problem? Also, my son bought this in Alaska and shipped it back to Florida when he moved back. I assume all the oils and lubricants are for Alaska's weather. What should I replace for Florida in addition to the motor oil?

This kit would replace your torn boot but if you are hearing that clicking sound you may want to check the entire CV axle to see if it needs to be replaced as well. When the boot gets torn it caused the grease inside to come out and the CV joint can get worn out fairly quickly with no grease. Also, it is hard to say for sure without knowing what oil is in your ATV, but you will likely need to run a motor oil with a different viscosity now that the ATV is being used in colder Alaska weather.

I unfortunately do not have the exact dimensions for each of the All Balls CV Boot Kits available to me. These CV Boot Kits would be made to the same specifications and dimensions as the OEM CV Boots (per model ATV). Just be sure to correctly select your specific ATV as the Ride You Are Shopping For so that we can send you the correct kit for your model. (Please Note: The Image online is a generic image of an All Balls Kit, it may not be displaying the exact kit for your ATV).

Is this the right part for Yamaha bruin 350 2005?
I need boot for left front

This boot is available for the front of your Yamaha Bruin 350. Keep in mind this is the inner boot for the CV near the differential. If you need the outer boot you would need to purchase the kit specific to the outer boot. Make sure to profile your ATV correctly as these boots are model specific.

The sizing of the boots vary per model. There is a wide selection of boot kits available. The fitment system is based upon model rather than size so we do not have the specs of each individual boot available. I would try to contact All Balls Racing directly with your measurements and see if they have a boot that can accommodate your measurements. All Balls can be reached at : sales@allballsracing.com

How do I get to the inner boot?

It depends on which model ATV you have. You will be able to remove one or both of the CV's to gain access

Well, your going to have to unbolt parts of the suspension and A-arms to get to the shaft. Once the suspension is out of your way, you can loosen the boot bands and slide it up the shaft. Then you need to get the retaining ring out of the hub to pull the shaft out. Remove the snap ring out of the center of the cage to slide off of the spline. clean up everything and reassemble. (**put your new boot on before you put the cage back on**)

Yes this would be the correct item, you will need to profile your ATV to make sure we get you the correct boots specific to your ATV. If you need both sides you will need to order quantity 2 as these are sold individually.
