these look and feel great on my yfz. Putting them on was a pain, the hardware was not labled like i would have liked. i wish that the part that you have to drill was predrilled, and i would like the foot pegs to be sharper. but they are great once i got done messing with the install.
I have these on my Ltz-400. They are strong and hold up well. The only problems I've had with them is that the black powder-coat rubs off fairly easily. They were a bit difficult to put on, buy if you do it right they are sturdy and a great product overall.
Installation was easy, they work great and look nice as well. Currently on 2006 Banshee 350 SE. Great Prouduct.
Was very pleased with these Nerf bars and they are better than the picture. They were very easy to install and look awesome too. I would definitely recommend this product.
it took two friends, a pry bar, and two ratchet straps to get the bolts to line up to the holes: and to top it off the foot pegs came unfinished just cut bent and welded metal. but after some love there on and they look and work great. i love the net backs no mud build up.
They do the job, look good and are easy to install. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is the heel guards. With size 12 boots on I couldn't get my feet far enough back to ride on the balls of my feet. A saws-all, a grinder and black paint took care of that.
These nerf bars are a little expensive but they are worth it. If you put them on right they are very sturdy. although they scratch very easy i would buy them again if they broke. They are also challenging to put on if you get them have three people there to help you install them.
These are an excellent product. They feel so sturdy you will think they are part of the frame. I put these on my 2005 Honda TRX450R. The assembly was a little tricky at first, but it didn't take long to figure it out. The total assembly time was about one hour. My only complaint is the rear bolt for the foot peg is partially blocked by the bar. This made it difficult to tighten at the end of assembly. I am very happy with how they look, a great match to my frame and plastic.
I am very happy with the AC nerfs. They mount sturdy and easy they only took about 45 minutes to get them on and they look good. I also noticed they help out alot while going thru rutted up areas or trails with deep wheel tracks. The net heelguard is awsome too and make's a big differance with hardly any mud buildup. Overall I am very happy with this product!
I found these nerf bars to be very easy to install and the wider stance that the peg provides allows for better body positioning and weight distribution for cornering. Not to mention the fact that they look good, too. A great buy!
my friend has these nerfs. the holes do not line up right at all, and they keep falling off.
I bought the AC Blackline nerfs about 4 months ago, couldn't be happier, Much stronger than cheap nerfs that bolt to the frame, the thru mount in the front really holds the wieght when you step on them. About the net heel gaurds, i just rode forest hill in the mud and I had no packed mud in there, my friend on the other hand has the old style nerfs with the metal heel gaurds and his was full of it. Good nerfs I strongly reccomend these.
I liked these nerfs alot but they wouldnt bolt together...i had to use my honda rancher and a tow strap to line up the holes.
flat black is sweet but scratches really easily and the pegs are nice, but I wish the rear heal guards were metal and not nets.
QTY 1 = both sides.
