I have installed five of these Wiseco clutch baskets for myself or friends on Yamahas and laugh every time I see "gear included" because it's only the center gear, not the main ring gear. You have to drill and press out the factory pins to remove the stock ring gear off the stock basket and install it on this new clutch basket. The task of installing the stock gear is easy, but do not think your going to take this out of the box and drop it on! They last a long time so the work is worth it and you get to play with power tools. Enjoy!

I purchased this for my 2009 yz250 to replace my worn oem basket. When I received the wiseco basket the kickstarter gear had a wobble to it as if it didn't quite fit the basket. I called wiseco about this and was put on hold for over 30 mins to eventually be told that it wasn't their problem that this product was faulty. I called motosport and they were awesome they immediately sent out an oem basket and refunded my money for the wiseco basket.
Installed on my 2002 YZ250. Installation was straighforward. Having a clutch holding tool is nice, but not absolutely necessary when taking off the inner hub nut.
I've done three enduro rides on this basket and it has held up great so far! My OEM basket was notched to the point where the bike would stall in gear. With the warranty that comes with this basket, it's really a no brainer. It's the last basket I'll ever have to buy for the bike.
Basket looked good, installed perfect, haven't put many hours on yet.The reason for buying the wisco basket was for the lifetime warranty
