Two Brothers M-7 Complete Exhaust

Product Description

  • Two Brothers M series exhaust canisters feature the highest level of quality construction and are designed to be fully serviceable in the event of damage (replacement parts are available).
  • The exhaust note produced by all Two Brothers Top Level exhaust systems is best described as being deep and throaty without suffering from the shrill whine normally associated with other manufacturer's straight through muffler canisters.
  • All of the canisters perform and sound the same, they are simply different shapes.
  • They all incorporate Two Brothers exclusive technologies and premium construction materials.
  • The shape and orientation is normally determined by Two Brothers R&D department, based on a performance criteria check list.
  • All aluminum systems include U.S. Forest Service approved spark arrestor.

2008 YFZ450

Installed two bros m-7 complete system on my 2008 YFZ450. Also did a boyesen quickshot 3 accelerator pump cover and the "cam mod". Woke my quad up big time, sounds great, It is loud, So the only thing I can say is if you do not like to hear your pipe, don't get this one.

Big power increase

I just replaced my jardine rt99 exhaust with TBR M7 and i'm very impressed! Went on quick and easy, just wish i didn't have to take off the end cap to take out the spark arrestor. This pipe gives a lot of power! I love it, and strongly recommend it!

For 2010 Rmz 250 Is it very durable? Where do you see gains...Bot? Mid? Top?

This exhaust will be a durable exhuast. Not any different than an FMF or Pro Circuit would be as far as durability goes. The aftermarket exhausts usually help crispen the throttle response and will provide small gains in the powerband. The exhaust systems on the stock bikes are not bad at all, so you wont see huge gains from just changing the exhaust. I have provided a dyno sheet from Two Brothers that shows the curve for this exhaust system on the 2010 RMZ250.

Does anyone know how easily this exhaust will crack or break?
If it end up setting my bike down in a corner will it crack?

The carbon fiber exhaust systems will not be as durable as a metal muffler would be. If you do go down, rather than bend like an aluminum or titanium muffler, the carbon fiber will crack or break. Keep in mind the carbon fiber cans also require a much stricter re-packing schedule. If you do not keep the muffler fully packed at all times, the carbon fiber can get to hot and become very brittle. Truthfully, there is no performance gain except for a small weight savings when using a carbon muffler.
