Good product

This roller was exactly what I was looking for. It came with the bearing and the hardware, it mounted up quickly and properly, and it was a lower price than the stock roller.

After about 15 hours it seems to be holding up great with only minor wear noted. I am a fan of the lip design, which spreads the weight of the chain over the device and provides more surface area to contact to reduce wear.

I'll be buying this again.

Works better than stock

I like the center groove on this roller; it keeps the chain centered and allows me to run the chain a little looser. I start with a loose chain when riding in muddy conditions since the chain will tighten when it gets packed with mud. This roller seems to hold up better than the stock roller I replaced.

Don't shop anymore...buy it

I purchased this for my brother. He wore through his stock one in 20 rides...and I mean destroyed it. This product has held up for a year and barely has scratches. I was bummed it didn't come in blue or green, but the chain tracks well. Kawi48 said it was loud because of the hard plastic, but we can't hear a thing because the KX450 2013 is so loud. If your bike isn't loud like an XR200 then trust Kawi48.

Does not fit properly

The kit comes with three bolts - all of which are the wrong length. The stock bolt does not really fit well with this roller, so it's kind of useless, unless you want to go searching for a bolt that will work - who has time for that? The one I settled on came with the kit and had a 13mm nut - great, another size to deal with. I gave durability high marks because the bearings were very well lubricated - I've never seen that before.

Quality comes in plain package

The TM powerlip roller is a quality part that is far superior to OEM. Yamaha chain rollers. Highly reccomended.

Does the Job

Bottom chain roller wore out on my bike so i tried these rollers out. Came w/ mount hardware which is nice, just in case the original hardware is beyond saving or if you have to replace it down the road. The roller is nice and solid and the lip on it is a little off-center so when you install it you can flip it one way or the other the get it positioned right for your chain. this kit also has shimming washers just in case it needs additional spacing for the lip to line up w/ the chain. Roller diameter was a little smaller than oem for my bike, but thats nothing a little chain tension adjustment can't fix.

AWESOME product

This chain roller is awsome. I have had it on my bike for about 20 hours of track time now and theres hardly any wear on it at all. When it does finally wear out i will be ordering another one. Highly recommend this!

Works great!!!

Helps keep the chain in line, and off of the tire, also it looks like it will be the last one of these I ever buy, judging by the wear so far...

OK

Appears to wear well but is so hard that you hear the chain rolling across it.

Super tough

This is wearing like iron. I'm not sure if the powerlip really helps the compound and bearing are great.

Q: What are the dimensions of the 560Bk?
I have a universal chain tensioner on a 200 CC dual sport motorcycle. The bore is close to 8mm, The current roller is 26mm wide, and the chain is 18.15mm wide. Will the 560Bk or any of the other rollers come close to these dimensions? Thanks for the help.

A: Unfortunately, I am not able to look up the specific demensions for each roller, and I do not have any way to look up which roller would fit your Lifan 200cc. I would recommend contacting TM Designworks directly to see if there is a roller they can recommend based on the dimensions you bike requires.
