If on the fence about these tires read this!

I just completed 300 miles of the Hatfield McCoy Trails in West Virginia. These tires had only ten miles on them when I loaded my KLR650 on the trailer. Let me tell you these tires got me into and thru places most KLRs dare not go. I went up trail 70 on Bearwallow with ease its a black diamond. The tread pattern really bites good. The sidewalls held up great to several rim bottom outs. Get these tires, heck get two sets!

Q: I'm looking to put a set of these on a 93 XR600R?
2 years 5 months ago
The tires sizes don't convert to anything I see here. My current rear is a 110/100 - 18, Front is 80/100 - 21. i'd be happy to go a little bigger you're aware of what tires this motorcycle can accomodate.

I want these for my dual sport! I just don't know what's the best size closest to stock size? And does it matter that these are tubeless when the ones on my bike now have tubes?

A: The closest sizes in this combo to your Stock tire sizes would be the 3.00-21 front and the 4.60-18 rear tire. These tires are designed to be tubeless but there would not be any problem running tubes with them. I would recommend looking at some heavy duty tubes as the ridges inside of tubeless tires tends wear out standard tubes.
