Good Value Replacement

Perfect fit on my RM 250. The quality is good, the finish is good, and it has not broken. I do run Barkbusters that protect them but they have seen the ground a time or two. I wish it was shorter but still a good value for a direct replacement.

Great

Bolted on, and it looks great on my Kawi KX450F. It is very durable, it still has yet to even bend a little.

Worst Clutch cable i ever bought.

I just purchased this for my 1997 KX125. I installed it and went to try it out and it snapped in half... from me just compressing it. Your better off getting an ASV lever.

Good Lever

Have'nt broken a Sunline yet. Have 3 of these in toolbox that have been in hard crashes and all are bent, not broken. So im a tight wad and straighten them back out. I do have to replace after a few straightnings. Great lever for the money and do buy again.

Don't go cheap

got the product everything was nice.it fit right and rode well it took two little spills and held up nice but fifth gear pinned out and slamming down to the ground it snapped right at the bolt.

A: This lever is not made to fit the Yamaha PW80. I would recommend ordering the OEM replacement lever for that bike. You can find that lever in the OEM diagrams for that bike here: http://www.motosport.com/dirtbike/oem-parts/YAMAHA/2003/PW80/HANDLE-SWITCH-LEVER

Q: Is the lever pictured the exact one i will recieve for a 2003 kx250?
the lever pictured clearly will not fit my 2003 kx250's stock brake perch, will i receive that exact same lever pictured? or will it be the correct one for my 2003 kx250? as of right now i am running the OEM brake lever but it is multiple pieces and looks nothing like the one pictured.

A: The picture shown is for reference only. As long as you profile your bike correctly, you will receive the replacement lever specific to your bike that will fit the stock master cylinder.

Purchased Sunline quick adjust clutch lever last week would this be the matching lever?

A: This isn't necessarily the matching lever, but is intended to replace the stock one on your bike. It will appear the same other than being red and will have an adjustment screw.

Q: HOW RESISTANT TO BREAKAGE ARE THESE LEVERS. ie FORGED VS CAST VS BILLET?
james718
Expert MotoSport Staff
Over 6 years ago Location: Portland, OR
A: A typical OEM lever is a casted aluminum lever. Casting will never be as strong as forging. But Billet will always be the strongest. This lever will be stronger than most OEM levers.

A: i always get the forged ones and i havent broken one yet. cast levers always break, and i have never used a billet lever. i would just stick with the forged levers if i were you.
