I have had this stabilizer on the quad for about a month now, set in in the middle of the setting from the install point rode for a few miles may a 2 click adjustment, so that it is now out to the 6th point and it works just fine. I did note less stars in places due to the over performance, a few more points would make this a better part. The install is not the all that simple, and we had to do a front end alignment to make it work out right. As long as you have the time and the know how it is a somewhat easy install.

Can't beat the price
First time using a steering stabilizer. Also, the first time the rest of my body fatigued before my arms did! This stabilizer might be a cheaper buy when compared to the precisions, but it helped none the less. Would definitely recommend for any rider who experiences arm fatigue/pump!
Depending on the stiffness settings, say goodbye to bump steer. The difference, especially when dune riding will be like night and day; the jolting while riding over rutted up sand will be reduced significantly. Also very handy in case of a sketchy landing , helps keep the front tires straight. Highly recommend!
after my daughter broke her wrist crossing some logs on the trail with her raptor 250 i purchased this stabilizer for it and it has worked great no more bars jumping out of your grip, everyone loves the stability it offers ,i plan on installing them on my other 4 bikes as well, (cheaper than a broken arm any day)
End cap came off after one XC race and one trail ride. Save your money
Overall the stabilizer does what its suppose to. The only negative I see is the increased steering effort when the dampening is turned up. I have found that 3 click in is a good compromise for woods riding.
great product. instalation was a pain. get someone to help you hold it and it would have been alot easier.but for the money compared to expensive ones it works great
Motosport people where great, tried ordering parts from a company call PartsDepot what a mistake, never return calls never received parts promised, credit card was charged took some time to fix that. Thank you very much MotoSport.
i love it, its better than the Moose Racing one i had one and broke, only down fall is that it is a tight fit for this quad.
This is great product that helps with control and fatigue (arm pump). Installed on my kfx 450 and big improvment.
So i installed this steering stabilizer on my Honda 400ex 2002 and went for a ride, and felt the difference it makes. I like the handling it does, makes your quad alot safer to ride and you feel that the steering won't hurt you as it does without one. It's like power steering for your quad!! No more bar movement and jarring of your handlebars!! :)
i am 16 and this steering stabilizer was easy to install on 2008 ltz400. it took about about hour to install this and some ac racing nerf bars. i havent tried them yet but i cant wait.
I put this on my 2003 ltz400 and works...There is no crazy dampening but it does the job....To save some time for anyone else mount it on the left side flipped up side down...It took me a few tries before I got it to where it didn't hit anything.
Great stabilizer! I have broken my thumb and wrists. This stabilizer reduced the vibration and force my thumb and wrist. I f you have had either injuty i would recomend it. The installation was not too bad on my TRX 400EX just have to make sure that the stabilizer does not rub on the front break line.
I ordered this item to install on my 08 LTR450. The mounting instruction sheet with photo is poorly written. The photo is of a Honda 450 and different then my LTR450. I wish I had NOT bought this item.
If you order and receive this item, save the box to send it back in.
Excellent purchase, was really easy to install (make sure to put lock tight on all the bolts). The stabilizer features great adjust ability really helped smoothed out the bumps on tore up sand dunes and kept the handle bars from jerking out of my hands during hard landings
I put this on my 400ex. after riding in the coal region for many years my hands really took a beating after putting this stabilizer on my bike it handles alot better.
I would recommend this product to anyone who wants a much smoother ride.
We got these for our quads and it makes a huge difference in the sand, especially when it's been all chopped up like over holiday weekends. The only problem we had was the installation. The included instructions show it installed on a quad with an aftermarket oil tank. It won't fit where they say to mount it with a stock oil tank. we had to install them sideways instead. Works just fine that way, but it isn't where the instructions say to mount it.
Despite the installation problem, I can't imagine running without this anymore. It's an excellent value for the price!
My wrists kept getting all banged up from off-camber jumps and some of the bigger whop sections I was hitting.
I purchased theses and gave them a run and I felt like I was going much slower but my lap times were getting faster.
Took 20 minutes to put on.
Two words of advice
1. use a thread seal. If not they will loosen within 20 minutes
2. use a ratchet-head hex to at least to get bolts snug.
