I am new to dirt riding as an adult but have ridden street bikes for over 18 years. I never cheap out on safety gear. When looking for boots Sidi was the only brand for me. From the first time I tried these on to the 70 hours of riding after I still tell my wife how they feel just like my house slippers. They are so comfortable, even if you have to spend a couple hours walking around in them. Size is true, as Sidi has been with all the boots over the years. My feet sweat in them but you don't notice them being hot. They are waterproof tested and true. The latch system is easy and durable. I have tried other people's boots on and my Sidi's are so much more comfortable. These boots have it all, as they should for the price tag. Pony up the $ if you ride a lot, definitely worth it.

Once I got everything adjusted to my feet and calves these boots were awesome from the get go! Break in time was almost 0 after about 20 min I forgot they were new boots. so far i am completely satisfied even with the price tag! well worth it.
Don't waste your money on these boots. Buckles are extremely difficult to strap on and get off. Pure junk.
Wouldn't even consider anything else. This is my second pair. The Gaerne SG12 was a thought but who would spend even more money to have a boot that doubles as a boat anchor. The sidis are fantastic boots in every way.
Hands down best quality and comfort.
I ordered the Fox F3 and Alpinestar Tech 7 at the same time. The choice was so easy and would have paid more
Now I know why riders pay the money. Most comfortable boots ever
i've had these guys for 2 years now. all the other reviews have been very accurate as far as break in, comfort and durability go. i ride 30% off road and motocross the rest. these boots started off great for both but as of about 3 months ago they have become really mushy in the ankle area when shorting or over-shooting landings while jumping.
the ankle area simply has to much flex, especially if you ride on the balls of your feet. i have week ankles from skateboarding so your milage may vary. on a positive note, they have become the most awesome off-roading boot ever. control feel is superb and buckle reliability is spot on.
this boot has great value, however i need something with more ankle support for motocross. my buddy has had SG-12's for the same amount of time and the ankle doesn't flex nearly as much.
these suckers are pricey, i hope this review helps. cheers all.
Bought these to replace my garne sg12s. I thought the sg12's were more comfortable out of the box. I were size 13.I put shock doctor insoles in both and that makes a huge difference imo. I have high arches and neither offer the support like the insoles do. Buckels dont come loose, but the sg12's seemed a better design. Toe box is much shorter on the sidis than on the sg12's . I had to move my shift lever down one notch for the sidis. Overall they are great and still look new after quite a few hard rides.
These boots fit amazing! Just buckle them up and yer ready to ride. I ran through some pretty deep water and I was amazed at how my feet stayed dry. Way better up grade then my AXO Prime boots! Totally worth the money!
Comfort, Flexable out of the box, style, high tech. Probably best boots I have owned. Sized about a Half Size smaller than US norm. I where an 8 and had to go with 7 1/2.
I wore the boots for three rides and the plastic began to rip. I called sidi about the warranty and they first said it was from a downward impact. Then decided that the part was not covered under warranty. Never again will I purchase a pair of these boots.
Feel great ,rode 2 hours felt great from the start no break in period ,felt as good probably better than my (6-8) year old tech 8s happy so far , we'll see if they last as long
Bought these after a friend recommended them. Couldn't be happier with my purchase. They broke in quickly and tuned the fit with an insole insert. Could do with a little less moving parts.
Very happy with these boots. The sizes run true. I have large calfs and these boots with shin guards on are at their limit but they are so nice I don't mind dealing with it.
These boots are perfect.
They offer loads of protection yet remain flexible and comfortable. I've beat the mess out of mine and they are still holding together. Once this pair bites the dust I will order another pair of Sidis.
its amazing the impacts your feet will survive while wearing these boots.
dont skimp in the boot department or else you will pay for it later in the hospital.
the insides of the boots dry quickly.
I wore Sidis while roadracing in the AMA. I just dirt bike for fun and I can say these are great right out of the box. Size was true. I can walk around in these boots all day with no discomfort. Fit and finish are typical Sidi quality. You won't be disappointed. Could kick myself in the arsse for not getting them sooner.
so its been 4 months of ridding and racing motocross and offroad in so. cal on a quad and dirtbike with my new pair of crossfire TA boots. I have never had a pair of boots that fitted me so well and wore as confortable, with my old pair of fox trackers the biggest conplain was that my feet were always burning up but with the SIDI I was 100 percent confortable long 3hr GPs werent as grueling anymore to me I could focus more on finishing than on how bad my feet hurt. durability? lets just say they look like new fresh out the box which is sayng something because those boots have been thru a lot these past 4 months. the biggest thing i have never had a set of boots that worked as good in a quad as they do in a bike, if you ride or race both the crossfire TA are a must!!
I have a broken foot that makes it difficult to fit ANY boot. The Crossfire TA boot was extremely comfortable from the very beginning. I am able to leave these boots on for as long as I want without any pain or burning. As far as protection, I've had a KTM 530 fall on my boots several times with no indication of injury or pain at all. Highly recommended!
These boots fit amazing. I wear size 10 in normal shoes and that's what I ordered. They are a perfect fit. The toe is very slim, probably one of the slimmest on the market. They are light weight. The ankle movement is superb. They fill like they are already broke in out of the box. I've always had a difficult time finding boots. Most on the market are big, bulky, stiff and don't fit under the shifter. These boots are great. I'll probably never buy another pair.
I did a lot of research before I purchased my Sidi Crossfire TA boots and heard nothing but good reports. So far I am completely satisfied. I have only used them three times while riding my BMW GS Adventure on the road. I plan to use them for adventure riding or dualsports as I think they are overkill for pure street riding. I expected them to be a little stiff like my Tech 8's. This was not the case. Not one mis-shift and I could really feel the shift and brake levers.
I wear an 11 shoe and purchased 11's. Perfect fit. I did put a gel sole insert to add a little comfort to the footbed. Not necessary but is much more cushy.
I couldn't honestly rate durability yet as I have not owned them long enough but they are certainly very well made.
Love not having to deal with an inner bootie - As much as I think the Tech 8's are great boots..the Sidis are better.
If you can afford them, buy them.
