I got a 15t on front an i want a 48 on rear what size chain do i need?

Start with your stock length and add or subtract a link for each tooth you change. as an example: If you've added 1 tooth on the front and dropped 1 tooth on the back, you shouldn't need to change your length. If you add 2 teeth on the back and leave the front stock then add 2 links to your chain.

I have an 05 gsxr 600..oem is 110 links..do I just need to cut the links?

Since this is a 120 link chain and the OEM chain length is 110, you will need to cut this chain down to fit otherwise it's going to be way too long.
