This is where it all began, 30 years ago - Polisport started building aftermarket parts so that everyone could enjoy their bikes without worry and with even better looks and improved performance. Performance plastics kick-started its success and are still the core of Polisport.

  • Polisport's Durable Gloss Polypropylene (DGP), the first plastic composition for off-road that incorporates maximum gloss and high resistance to breaking.
  • Injection-molded, quality Fork Cover Set with a perfect O.E.M. type fit.
  • Exact replica of stock O.E.M. plastic fork covers but stronger.
  • Inexpensive alternative to O.E.M. replacement parts.
  • Sold as a pair.

Fits well and looks great

Replace all the plastics on my KTM 250, and these fit on perfect and looked great. After a summer in the woods of New England, still in one piece with no cracks. Very happy!

Not quite right

I have used other brands of aftermarket plastic before and have always been happy these fork guards just didn't fit quite right the holes didn't line up good enough to get the shoulder bolts installed I had to take a drill and egg shape them to make them fit and the side of for the brake line took a lot of work to get it to not catch under the lip of the fork leg

CRF fork guards fit '13 Husky

I actually own an Italian 2014 Husqvarna TE310R with KYB forks.

These guards fit perfectly and the red color matches my other stock plastic fairly well. You will need the stock Honda (or Yamaha) brake lines clamps though (the stock husky and ktm clamp system is much better IMNSHO); zip-ties work sorta okay also.

They're slightly higher than the stock husky guards (also made by Polisport IRC) by about 5mm and wrap around the fork tubes a little further. A bonus!

The bolt pattern is the same, and they seem to be thicker than stock husky. I've always liked Polisport's color & gloss- better than Acerbis and UFO (and I'm not sure Maier should even be mentioned) I think, although UFO looks best in the catalogs. Polisport is usually in-between 'em in price and catalog photos.

Polisport Plastics

Just bought a complete plastics kit for my 2004 cr125. All pieces fit perfect. Color is dead on for stock Honda red, plastic is thicker than I expected. I did buy the bolt kit too so I had all the hardware to make the job a breeze. I would highly recommend this product. I also liked the selection form Motosport I could pick and choose what colors I wanted for each piece.

Great fit. Rich color, not flat. First time I have tried poldisport. I will use them again. Cheaper than others to.

Bought this to freshen up my plastics on my 97 cr125. It looks awesome! Bolted right on. Goes great with the new front brake disc cover.

Polisport Plastics are the way to go

These feel very durable and have a really good finish to them. I was a little nervous, having never bought polisport before, but these are great! Highly recommended!

What is the easiest way to put these on a 2012 ktm 250sxf? Dropping the forks? Thanks?

Removal of the forks are not necessary. Just spread the back apart, wrap around the fork and bolt on.

Hi do these come with the guides?
Expert MotoSport Staff

No. The guides would not be included with the Fork Guards. I would recommend looking in the OEM parts finder for the guides if they need to be replaced as well.

Here is a link to the OEM page with the guides for your 1994 Kawasaki KX250:

These fork guards do not fit any of the Suzuki DRZ Models. From what I can tell only the Supermoto Version DRZ400SM would have this style fork guards but you would have to get the OEM replacement fork guards. The 2009 Suzuki DRZ400S would have conventional style forks and would use rubber fork boots which would also need to be ordered under the OEM parts for that bike.

No, no bolts. Just the two fork covers. Use your existing bolts.

These do not include bolts and will require the use of your stock hardware.
