First tiny wreck I had the grips tore completely.I just barely layed my bike over and one of the grips completely torn in half. First ride also so disappointed in Pro Taper I thought they made quality products. I'll just have to buy some rental grips.

I received these grips within a few days of ordering them. Overall nice grips. I like the compound, and the hardened piece on the end. So, when I hit the ground it will be less likely for my bars to puncture through the end of the grip.
Great grip, not a sticky compiund and dont twist up like the bigger Pillow tops. Will continue to buy thes e
I have had these grips on my bike for a few rides and after a couple crashes they are already tearing. Grips are fairly comfortable but don't last very long. I may try the original pillow tops and see how they hold up.
Bought these for my sons 60cc. I own the standard ones for my motorcycle, and wanted him to get the comfort that they provide. These are just a little smaller diameter than mine. Very nice product. Extra comfort, and help cut down on the vibration greatly. He does not complain about his hands hurting anymore. I did not use any glue or any other product. Just twist them on and they have not moved on him at all since install.
A great grip at a great price for riders who don't like the waffle pattern.
Great grip, very comfortable. Haven't had any get offs so they haven't been tested for durability yet but they are affordable enough to just replace every month or so.
When I installed the brake side grip it had holes in the grip. You can see the glue ooze out. Still love the feel of these grip even though durability suffers.
I bought the pillow top light for my girlfriends bike and the normal pillow tops for my bike. Both of them are the best grips i've ever had. I got her the pillow top lights becuase there smaller outer diameter and since her hands are way smaller than mine it was easy for her to grip the bars. they cut vibration in half and are freakin strong grips no wear, tear, or loss of grip! by FAR the best grips!!! and a good Price.
When I received the grips they had a split in them. I threw them away because I figured it wasn't worth the hassle to ship them back.
Purchased the pillow top light grip and have been very pleased. My old set would twist and move around on me and I found my hands becoming extremely fatigued. Once I changed them out, I did not notice the fatigue, which is significant. I was able to still pull the clutch in after multiple 20 minute runs on the motocross tracks.
I use the thicker pillow tops and love them. I use the lite's for my wife and son as they have much smaller hands and they work great. No matter how long my little man burns around the track on his KTM SX50 he never gets blisters or soar hands.
these grips are a ton skinnier then the regular pillow tops... thats all that matters to me because i race... so these grips are better...less arm pump... and they come with black in the middle instead of an ugly gray...such a better look!
Comfortable grip pretty durable
I really like the feel of the Pillow Top grips. The lights work much better for me as the regular Pillow tops have to large of a diameter. Even with a crash and mud your hands can still hold on to the grips. Durability is decent and wear is average.
perfect blend of feel and comfort - they rip kinda easy, other then that they are by far my favorite grips.
I love the pillow tops... I've tried so many different types... dual compound.. waffer.. This design for me, is on the money. I really like the low profile pillows... for control but the larger regular sized are nice to reduce pump issues.
I use these on my crf 450x (baja prerunner) and my ktm 300xc desert offroad racer. The 450x has the regular pillows which really absorb a lot of the vibration and they are pretty tacky so its easy to maintain grip for 4-6 hours of racing. The KTM I need to be able to shift around a lot and manuever my hands so I like the lite grip pillows... they are slightly less tacky then the regulars so I don't have issues with quick sliding my hands to different positions.
My son uses the lites on his KTM 65 and loves them... he says it hurts his hands less.
Quality and comfort. Bought a fresh set after a crash. The old set took a drag directly on the street and barely ripped at all.
Pro Taper Pillow Top Grips are the Best... All we use for Motocross ...
For the money, they are great. My son wanted these and he loves them. Look great on the bike too.
