Obviously serious amount of engineering went into this stand. WAY better than any OEM stand I've ever seen.

Long and tall

Its s great kickstand. Love every thing about it except its length. Too bad it wasn't made an inch shorter. It would be the perfect stand then. Guess I'll I'll have to live with it. Wish I had bought a steel one so I could shorten
It. After spending a hundred and fifty bucks on it I'm not going to pay someone to shorten it. Why so long? Maybe send money back to their customers so they can pay to have it remade. My rider sag is exactly
Where it should be. Manufacturer should know this. Send me 20 bucks to have it fixed to the length it should be

Easy Install & Works Great

Installed this on a 2003 Honda CR125R and works great. Installation takes 10 minutes with no modifications needed. Bike leans on the kick stand with just the right pitch.

Conflicted - 2016 KX250F

okay so i'm a little conflicted on this. First off it seems well made and the spring is really stiff so I don't see it coming down after hitting a jump or brush smacking it.

So now the poor parts of it.. it's almost too tall. the bike doesn't really lean over as much as I was hoping it would. I am contemplating cutting off about an 1" of the stand and re welding the plate back on. The way it currently is now, if you were to sit on it with the stand down it wants to dump you off to the other side. I was kinda hoping I would be able to kick my bike with this down but that wont be the case. Secondly, when I bring the stand back up to the set position it hits the number plate. so I have to manually hold the number plate out so it can go up without smacking into it.

Great stand

Love it

Solid

The fit on my 13 rmz250 is perfect, lean angle is spot on. It tucks behind the number plate with no contact to any plastic. Buy it, you wont be sorry.

Works great

Very well built, and stays out of the way as advertised. Bought for my son's KX250f, bolts on easy. I read the reviews before purchasing, someone wished they supplied a longer bolt, mine came with one. Wasn't too tall as some have mentioned.

Not too shabby! Fits the YZ450f very well, use some lock-tight.

Rock Solid Kickstand

This kickstand is great, internal spring, tucks in behind number plate when up, hasn't ever come down while riding. Only small issue is the bike sits fairly straight up and down on hard surfaces, luckily mine hasn't tipped over. In the dirt or sand it sinks down a little bit and sits as it should. Other than that, great figment, took about 20 minutes for install. Definitely worth the money!

Perfect

Works great . Looks greast

The kickstand Construction is phenomenal. The only problem is it was manufactured too long which causes the bike to stand almost vertical. That part did not bother me because I have a manufacturing shop and we chopped it down and made it work for my bike. If you don't have those luxuries it's going to stand dangerously straight up.

Should have come with the bike

Great piece of hardware and looks stock with the bike. Rock solid attachment and simple to do. Does require a little bit of tooling on the chain guide, but doesn't take anything more than a drill press or a vice and drill. Just read the instructions ahead of time and you'll do fine.

Kick stand is nice but too tall

This is a very high quality piece but unfortunately it makes the bike sit straight up and tips over easily. This is on a hard flat surface though. Maybe in the dirt where it can sink down a bit into the ground the bike will sit better. I haven't tested it in the dirt yet since its winter here in NE. Everything else about the kick stand is perfect so far.

Good quality kickstand

Very easy to install, well engineered. I like this kickstand.
I used to have this on '01 CR250R, and durability was also very good.

I'm short and such...

I'm short and do a lot of aggressive trail riding, up hill, technical and all that. As a result I can stall my bike out trying to shift and throttle to quickly. This kick stand makes getting the bike started again super easy for my short a**. Its also nice not having to lay my bike down in the dirt, mud or what ever...

Dont be fooled/althouhg an excelect product

It works.

It works great! Stays put when up and looks good as well.
The only down side I can see is that the main mounting bolt (the large top one) should be lengthened do to the thickness of the kick stand mounting plate. It just does not seem like enough threads are their to hold the foot peg secure.

Does it interfere with installing after market footpegs? CRF450X Such as the pro moto billet footpegs that allow you to lower the pegs?

A: it mounts far enough away from the footpegs running after markets is fine, especially the pro moto billet pegs, those guys do some great R&D on their products and how they work/mount with one another

Q: Does this mount behind the footpeg mount or replace the footpeg mount?
I am wondering, because if it mounts behind the footpeg mount, then I assume it would push the left footpeg out 1/4" or so. Not sure if I like the idea of my footpegs not being the same on both sides.

A: Yes the kickstand mounts between the left foot peg bracket and the frame. I have not heard of anyone having any issues or even noticing a difference in the footage location after installing the Pro Moto Billet Kick-It Kick Stand. Installation instructions can be found at the link below.

A: really?? I ride all over and I never have noticed the difference in any situation. My buddy even got one for his bike and he said KICK STAND ARE not cool!..until he saw mine! every time we where woods riding and stopped he had to find a tree to prop his bike on. it fell over once and ripped his seat, now the expensive devise is pretty darn cool with the cost of a new seat at hand!
Why didnt they make this from the factory??WHAT A NICE PIECE!
