Pro Circuit Ti-4R Complete Exhaust

Product Description

The Ti-4R Race System is constructed from titanium and is designed for closed course competition ONLY. Pro Circuit constructed the Ti-4R exhaust system with closed course features to maximize its power output potential. Keeping weight to a minimum was the key when designing the Ti-4R system and Pro Circuit achieved that by using high-quality titanium. The non-spark arrested and welded titanium end cap creates a smooth non-restrictive flow, allowing mass amounts of exhaust to escape. Pro Circuit's all new RC-4 Resonance Chamber has been added to the head pipe to reduce noise output.

  • Strictly for closed course competition.
  • Non-spark arrested system.
  • Welded titanium end cap (same as Team Pro Circuit).
  • Meets AMA / FIM sound requirements of 94db.
  • Three-piece system which includes silencer, mid pipe and head pipe.
  • Strong billet aluminum mounting bracket.
  • Same exhaust system ran by Team Pro Circuit, Geico Powersports Honda, Troy Lee Designs Honda and Two-Two Motorsports.

Note: The RC-4 Resonance Chamber, depending on the year of your bike, might not come with the system.

Its totally gnar!

sounds great. noticeable increase in power. its worth the money

I bought the pro circuit ti-4r and put it on the day before christmas, got carbureator jetted and i rode on a track once and i had to rebuild my top end, i have a 2009 kx250f, i believe that my motor was dialed in without a pipe and so thats what may have caused it because the sudden change , but the pipe sounds good but for the money its not nearly worth $1,000 after tax. Ill be the 1st to say save ya money for something else

Good quality

as always procircuit has good quality, but for the price i didnt notice a big power gain. It felt like it just moved the power around on my 2009 kx450. It maybe lost a little off the bottom about the same in the middle but had good top end pull. Definatly looks better than the kx stock exaust. It was better but not a lot. When u spend that much money i would expect a little better. Dont know if their are any better ones out there but i might try a differnt one next year.

Good exhaust

I bought this exhaust for my 09 CRF250R. It took away a tad bit of the hard hitting bottom end and added some upper mid and top end. Overall it kind of moved the powerband around a bit and added a little horsepower to the upper mid and top end. The 09 CRF250 is already a really strong powerfull bike (it won the MXA 09 250 shootout) and this exhaust adds a little more power.

For your 2007 RMZ250, the Pro Circuit Ti-4R system does include the resonance chamber on the headpipe.

If im having a professional dealership mechanic install my exhaust and re jet it, whitch system would give the most power/performace fmf 4.1, or this?

This kind of depends on what brand of bike you have, Generally, Pro Circuit exhausts are best on Honda's and Kawasaki's. FMF's specialize on and work best on Yamaha's and KTM's.

Depending on what bike it's for we either stock the FMF or the JD kit. Both will do the trick.

MotoSport Staff
Over 4 years ago Location: Tualatin
no Pro Circuit only offers the Ti-4R in a single but they do offer the Ti-4 GP in a dual.

I have an 07 Crf250R, do you recomend the procircuit dual Gp system or this TI-4R Race system? I compete in both arenacross and Motocross events.?

If you plan on just riding/racing tracks I'd get this TI-4R over the pro circuit Dual GP.

I had a Ti-4 GP dual on my 07 CRF250R. It was expensive but an excellent exhaust. It added a lot of upper mid and top end. A 52 tooth rear sprocket helps. I have a Ti-4R on my 09 CRF250R which gave the same type of power increases (less bottom increased mid & top), although the 09 CRF250 was faster than the 07.

It should adjust, thats mainly what fuel injection is for. If you want a positive answer you should call Pro Circuit. 951-738-8050

1). No your fuel injection system will not compensate for the after market exhaust 2). Kawasaki makes a tool for the fuel injection adjustment program it runs right around $ 559.00 dollars and you need a battery to operate the system or via a lap top...your dealer should have the tool but some dealers don't carry the system because of the price 3). your bike will not run right best bet is to buy the tool its actually quite easy to use and really works well for programming the exhaust mods, fuel mods and filter mods as well

the TI-4R is a single canister exhaust system for the 06-09 CRF250R.
