Perfect

This is a solid chunk of aluminum much stronger and lighter than stock. Plus it looks badass! I call that a win, win, win! Kudos to pro circuit.

I can't believe this thing

I put this on a 14 KX450F that was not real nice in long straightaways or corners, the back end would buck like the stock ones are known for. The Pro Circuit rear link completely plants the rear tire to the ground. The difference was drastically noticeable on the first lap. It helps cushions big step ups if you come up a little short as well. Buy this before any other upgrade.

Best part I've bought for my bike

The pro circuit linkage does exactly what it's supposed to, settles the rear end down. I put this on my 2012 kx450f and it now keeps the rear tire planted on the ground in braking and acceleration bumps. Best part I've ever bought by far.

Bought this to help settle the rear end of a 2011 CRF450 and it did just that. The quality and fit is 2nd to none as always with Pro Circuit.

Essential for kawasaki's

Bought for my 06 Kx250f. Really mellowed the rear suspension. Keeps whoops and braking bumps more manageable. Definitely a noticeable difference.

A: Item: SPA06250
Fits The Following Bikes:

Suzuki RM125 2005-2007
Suzuki RM250 2005-2008
Suzuki RM-Z250 2007-2009
Suzuki RM-Z450 2005-2009

Pro Circuit's Linkage Arms are CNC-machined from billet aluminum and are designed to stiffen up the initial linkage curve and improve the geometry of the chassis, making the bike much more stable. This will also help eliminate the initial loose and wallowy feel. Turning and cornering capabilities are greatly improved as well. Although having your suspension revalved by Pro Circuit would make a considerable improvement, the Linkage Arms alone provide a major improvement over the stock set-up. Each link arm includes all of the required bearings and seals.

Stock length for Suzuki models is 132.5 mm - Pro Circuit Length is 134 mm.

A: Stock length for the KX450F (2006) is 132.5 mm - Pro Circuit Length is 133.5 mm

A shorter arm will RAISE the rear end and on this bike adversely effect the handling.

Q: Is the collar included?
2 years 6 months ago
The owner before me didn't grease the suspension as needed and all of the stock grease is gone. My metal collar that went in between the bearing and bolt is rusted pretty bad and can't be reused. I'm wondering if this linkage arm comes with a new collar? Thanks in advance for any help!

A: This would only include the bearings and would required the use of the OEM Collars. You can find the OEM linkage collar for your bike listed here: http://www.motosport.com/dirtbike/oem-parts/KAWASAKI/2007/KX250F/REAR-SUSPENSION?sku=42036-0020

Q: Can I get replacement bearings for this linkage arm?

A: I could not find a specific rebuild kit for this so I contacted Pro Circuit and this is what they said:

"We recommend using OEM parts when replacing your bearings on the Pro Circuit Linkage Arm. Since Pro Circuit uses special tools to remove the existing bearings when replacing them, we recommend sending your linkage arm directly to Pro Circuit for replacement. Failure to use the proper tools when removing your existing bearings may result in damage to the linkage arm"

Q: Lower?
Does it lower your bike at all? I ride a 07 kx450f and its a little high for me. I was told this linkage arm might help lower it a little.

A: This won't lower the bike any. What this link arm does is allows the shock to blow through the harsh mid stroke spike without bottoming becoming a problem.

Q: Design?

What is the differance between this one and a stock one? Is it going to make the bike lower or make the suspension softer? What is this thing goint to do?

A: The arm angles are different to make the rear shock less harsh when it cycles through its movement. Pro Circuit basically redesigned the stock linkage arm to work a little better.

Q: How does it work?
It isn't a new shock or anything, it's just a new arm, how is it different than the stock arm and how does that improve rear suspension performance?
cdhmx
A: Different length/design makes your shock compress and rebound better. It improves handling. Also good to consider anyway as most inner bearings on these stock pieces are toast after a year or two of hard riding. Most people don't notice because it happens gradually.
