How do I qualify for free shipping?
Spend $99 or more with MotoSport and you'll automatically qualify for Fast Free Shipping at checkout. (Any oversized orders or orders containing hazardous materials, such as motor oil, aerosol cans, or chemicals must ship via ground service regardless of destination. Unfortunately no exceptions can be made.)
How much is shipping for purchases under $99?
For ground shipping there is an $8 flat rate charge. Please see our Standard Shipping Policy for additional shipping options and charges.
I need my order fast! What are my options?
Need to ride tomorrow? You may request next-day service for an additional $25 ($33 for orders under $99). If you request next day delivery for Saturday there will be an additional Saturday delivery charge of $15.00. Saturday delivery is not available in all areas so please contact our customer service department at 1-877-674-3571 to verify.
Why is Ground Shipping my only shipping option?
Any order containing hazardous materials, including; motor oil, aerosol cans, or chemicals must ship via ground service, regardless of destination. Unfortunately no exceptions can be made. Customers may request that non-hazardous merchandise be shipped separately for a shipping fee of $8 by calling customer service at 1-877-674-3571. Orders containing oversized products such as ramps, ATV tires, or ATV plastic kits also ship via ground service.
Can my order be shipped internationally?
MotoSport does ship internationally. See our list of countries that we currently support.
My billing and shipping addresses are different from each other, can I ship my order to any address I would like to?
Address verification is a precautionary measure Motosport.com performs to ensure your safety and deter fraudulent activity. The nature of online shopping does not permit us to request a traditional form of identification, such as a driver's license, like a standard brick & mortar store. We instead conduct address verification through your credit/debit card issuer to confirm your identify and verify the validity of your purchase, ultimately protecting your credit and privacy.
If you wish to ship to an address other than your billing address, we offer a couple different options:
You can contact your issuing bank and have your shipping destination added as an authorized alternate ship-to address in the record/memo field. We will contact your bank using the bank number you provide to verify this information after you've placed an order.
Or we also offer a Pre-Authorization process to ship to alternate addresses. This pre-authorization process ensures that the card, account, and cardholder information is correct. We approve a small pre-authorized dollar amount to your card and have it confirmed by you, the customer.
Please allow an extra day to verify any alternate ship-to address.
Simply give us a call at 1-888-676-8853 to let us know and we will re-attempt address verification to complete the processing of your order.
Orders with the same billing and shipping address are more likely to ship same-day.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Orders can be tracked by logging in to your account. You can access your account by clicking on the "My Account" link at the top of the page.

Can I pick up my order at your warehouse in Southaven, Mississippi?
No. At this time our distribution center is not set up to process will-call orders.

When will orders that contain any out of stock items ship?
For orders that include back-ordered items, MotoSport will hold the order until all items are in stock. Once all items are in stock, MotoSport will ship the complete order. Customers may request that in-stock items be shipped as soon as possible, with back-ordered items shipped when available. For orders split into separate shipments, the back-ordered items will ship via ground service once they are in stock. Can you special order a product/part for me?

Why select a ride?
Selecting the year, make, and model of your bike will allow you to search from hundreds of different products made specifically for your ride. Rest assured, but selecting your ride you will be getting the correct products to get you back on the track, road or trail.
I am unsure what size to order. Do you have size charts?
Sizing varies between manufacturers. We are consistently working to get sizing charts added to our site and many items have size charts on the product page. If you have specific questions please call one of our sales professionals.

I have more than one bike. How do I shop for multiple rides?
To switch rides, click on the "Ride Selector" link at the top of every page and use the drop down menu to select the appropriate ride. If you have not chosen additional rides, return to the "Ride Selector" and choose "Add to My Rides" in the drop down menu.
My bike is not an option on any of the dropdowns of your ride selector. Do you sell any products for me?

Many of the items we stock are available for a wide variety of applications. A single stock photo may be used to represent many items on our website. I have customized my jersey but cannot add it to my cart. Why not?
In order to have a jersey customized you must select the size and color that you would like from the dropdown box. Once you have selected these items, you can then check the "Customize this Jersey" option below and enter the name, number, font and color that you would like printed on the jersey.
I am not happy with my purchase. Can I return it?

Can I change my order once it has been submitted?
Unfortunately, orders cannot be changed once payment has been processed. If you wish to make changes to an order that has already been processed, please wait for delivery then call our Customer Service Department at 1-877-674-3571 to set up an exchange or return.
How long does it take to process my return?
Returns are normally processed by MotoSport within 48 hours of being received. Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to one week for the credit to be reflected on your account. For additional information, please see our Return Policy.
I found your products cheaper somewhere else. Do you price match?
Yes, but only for US customers. Rest assured, you can buy with confidence. If you find a lower advertised price from any authorized US dealer, call or email us and we will match the deal including shipping. Products must be in new condition, in stock and ready for immediate delivery and sold by an authorized dealer. Our best deal guaranty applies even 30 days after your purchases. What methods of payment do you accept?

My catalog lists a different price than shown on the internet. Which is correct?
We do our best to keep our prices current in our catalog. However, due to circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to change prices due to increased manufacturing costs or mis-marked items. The price shown on our website always reflects the correct price of an item.
I paid for my order with Paypal. Why haven't I received a confirmation email from Motosport.com?
Occasionally, internet connection or browser issues can prevent the checkout process from completing successfully with Paypal transactions. Please contact the Customer Service Department at 1-877-674-3571 and have your PayPal transaction number and invoice number available.
