Nice bags!

I bought these bags last minute for a trip. I was looking for something inexpensive to tide me over until I'm ready to pop for the genuine BMW bags for my F800 ST, and these were in stock. I love the fact that this web site could tell me they were in stock, when they would ship, and predict when they would arrive, all before I got out my credit card!

I'm probably going to use these a lot longer than I originally planned. These are well thought out, designed, and built.

They attach securely, with the main web under the seat, plus fore and aft tiedowns with plastic snaps. I probably spent about 15 minutes putting the anchors on and adjusting them, but less than a minute taking them off at the motel (unsnapping the bags and leaving the tie downs in place), and less than 5 minutes putting them back on in the morning. A couple minutes to remove the straps when I got home, and I'm back to "stock".

I didn't get to use the rain covers, but they are built right in, and fit well. So no worries about losing them or leaving them at home when I need them.

So far I don't have any complaints.

A: The OGIO Saddle Bags (Saddle Bags only) should fit great on your 2015 Kawasaki Z800 however I would recommend first comparing the measurements of these bags to your bike. Dimensions: 10.5"H x 16"W x 8"D (11"D expanded). These bags would not be waterproof. The amount of clothing would very much be determined by the size and type of clothing you would be bringing. These OGIO Saddle Bags have a Capacity of: 1344 cubic inches / 22 liters (1848 cubic inches / 30.3 liters, expanded). You should have no problem carrying your lock in these bags. Feel free to give us a call at 888-676-8853 and we would be happy to help you out with your order.

Q: Will they fit on a zx9r 1998?

I measured from the back seat to the top of the pipe and it looks to me that it'll be really close to the pipe. Is there plenty of heat shield on the bottom of these bags? If these won't work is there a set of bags you could recommend to fit this bike? Thank you in advance.

A: These bags should fit no problem. The height is only 10.5" and the only issue i think would arise is the high swept exhaust on this model but it appears there is enough clearance. If you do order them and do not like the styling or the fit, we do have generous return/exchange policy.
