A great, well made product. Saves a lot of stress hoping you put your clamps back on correctly. Very simple to use, and is very reliable.

For dirt bikes after a nasty crash, this tool lets you see that your tubes, clamps and tree are ok and you just need new bars!
I ordered this tool, new fork seals (mine were leaking), and fork fluid. Cleaning my seals, using new fluids, and using this tool, I have saved my existing seals and have yet to install the new ones. I recommend this to anyone who thinks they need new seals. Alignment issues cause leaks!
This tool is a handy measurement tool that allows you to see if your forks are parallel from the bottom of your triple clamp down to your axle. When your forks spread away from each other or towards each other towards the bottom of the fork, it creates binding at the fork seals that will lead to premature wear and will make your front end react unstable. This tool makes sure that your forks are perfectly parallel, saving you money on replacing seals and gives your bike an even feel up front. This tool is built well and looks awesome.
Take the guess work out of knowing if your forks are aligned. This tool should be in your toolbox.
Great tool to have to check forks every time you pull the front end apart.
Great product. U would not believe how far your fork alignment is off this tool gets them perfect.
This tool is easy to use with the instructions provided. Noticed my forks have smoother more plush feeling. Thanks Motorsport.
Using the front brake and spinning the wheel and or bouncing the forks will get the alignment close enough. Using the motion pro fork tru let's you see visualy how close or how far your alignment is off. For the price, you can't go wrong with it. Comes with detailed and easy to understand instructions. It's adjustability allows for use on multiple applications. I used it specifically on a 2004 crf450r, 2006 yz450f, and 2012 kx450.
I was reluctant to spend the money on this tool but I am glad I did as my forks were splayed apart 4 to 5mm even tho I did the old compression with the axle pinch bolts loose as specified in the shop manual. My fork feels more plush after using the tool plus my fork seals and bushings should last longer and pay for the tool
Well made product and it does make aligning upper and lower tubes possible on the stand. Yet I don't think is much more accurate than the traditional method of leaving the pinch bolts on the axle loose and compressing the forks a couple times to find the natural position of the forks then tighten. Tried it both ways, and it seems to yield the same result. Perhaps the tool eliminates the added effort of the traditional method, but not convinced it is any better.
I was having trouble blowing fork seals on my 1999 KTM 250MXC. When I replaced the seals this time, I used the fork alignment tool to make sure the triple clamps and fork tubes were lined up and won't wear out the seals prematurely. I can feel the difference in how much smoother the fork action is.
