Many uses!!

I have used this tool for many bearing and seal maintenance projects in my shop. The directions aren't the best, but if you have experience...it's a snap!

Another great innovation from Chris Carter and the team at Motion Pro!

Necessary tool for the shop

Bearings are important to a smooth well functioning suspension. This tool set makes replacing them an easy task. I have used it straight from the package on an RMZ450, and an RM125 with ease. Not a day to day tool, but if the bearings are bad enough to be replaced, this tool needs to be considered.

Good tool for the price

Instructions were not very user friendly but once I figured it out the tool worked great. The tool was used on an old Honda with very old bearings and worked flawlessly.

Awesome Tool

I used to use a C-Clamp and/or bench vise and sockets to push the bearings in or out for the swingarm and linkage. Not any more!! This tool has saved me time, sweat and sometimes tears!!!

Money Well Spent

Should have purchased this tool a long time ago. The only gripe is the instructions are made by people familiar with the tool. Instructions should be made with some one who has never seen the tool, or performed this repair, before. You can damage parts by guessing which collet to use. You can get a full lower linkage bearing/seal replacement down to less than two hours, start to finish.

Are there instructions as to how to use the tool for all the typical bearings on a linkage and swingarm?
Will it work for all the swingarm and linkage bearings for a 2001 Honda CR250? How about a 2004 KTM 450EXC or 2006 KTM 300XC?

This tool is designed to work with swingarm and linkage pivot bearings. It will not assist in helping replace the brake pedal bearings or wheel bearings.

Will this tool work for swingarm bearings on an 02 rm 85?
I think the bearings are 17mm diameter.

Unfortunately this will only work with bearings that have an ID of 20 or 22mm. If they bearings are 17mm ID or OD, it will not work.
