Does it fit 1995 Yamaha WR250z ?
I had my engine seized and can't find a OEM part or any aftermarket alternative, should I buy this to fix it ? What is the size of piston that go with it? And do you ship it to Taiwan? Thank you so much.

All products sold on Motosport.com are for US models only. We unfortunately do not have product fitment for non-us models. If you can verify that the WR250Z cylinder is the same as the US model 1995 WR250 than yes this would fit.

Personally I would get a new cylinder http://www.motosport.com/dirtbike/oem-parts/honda/2000/cr125/cylinder-head/cylinder-a/12110-kz4-l10
Or have your cylinder bored and re-plated. For that I use Millennium Technologies (920) 893-5595

You will have to machine the cylinder and press the sleeve in the cylinder. Once done, you have to prep the sleeve to accept the piston. You would be better off purchasing a new OEM cylinder.

Do I need to bore this if I buy a standard piston?
1. I will hone it of cause, but I dont have tools for boring it. Can I just hone it? 2. Will a standard size piston be the one to fit this? If not which one shall I get? 3. Is the sleeve just pressed into toppart or shall it be frezzed/heated? Thanks Jon

The sleeve will need to be bored even for the standard piston size. All sleeves are supplied with a semi-finish bore. The piston will not fit until you have bored the sleeve to the correct piston clearance. Hone the bore to the clearance recommended by the piston manufacturer.

Cylinder sleeves are typically installed into the cylinder using an "interference fit" (sometimes referred to as "press fit"). This means the size of the block or cylinder bore is smaller than the outside diameter of the sleeve. The sleeve is "pressed" into the cylinder and the size variance holds the sleeve in place.

According to LA Sleeve, You should not have to freeze or heat the sleeve for installation. More information on this can be found here: http://www.lasleeve.com/technical

My kx 125 needs to be resleeved?

The stock cylinder has to be bored to fit the sleeve. The sleeve will be the stock bore size and has to be prep'ed and honed after installation into the cylinder.

LA sleeve has a very good FAQ for you:
